Literally go keto/carnivore for half a year, get rid of the 'beetus and fix your diet.
t. recovered pre-'beetus
how did you learn you were pre-beetus?
Was tired as frick all the time, so I went to the doctor for a health check (communist yurop, so it's "free"). Blood tests came back as blood type "syrup", and since I was already a rubenesque rotund I simply thought enough was enough and finally did something about it.
did you have any other noticeable physical symptoms?
good job man, I'm glad you got out of that
Nothing other than being fat and what that brings of ailments. I was just feeling more tired and low energy than usual.
Don't get fat, bros. And never, fricking ever let yourself get diabetes. It's an absolutely horrible disease.

You can fix pre-diabetes by doing some form of regimented fasting while you lift. You can probably even gain weight while you do it. You're eating processed shit too frequently and your body is getting used to having some form of insulin around. Stop feeding it insulin all the time and sensitivity returns this curing pre-diabetes.
You can easily bulk on low carb. Just meat and low GI fruits/vegetables, so you're not constantly spiking your bloodsugar.
This is also valid, I just enjoy carbs so I just personally fast. Same concept, spike your insulin less often.
Same. My mom's spaghetti is so fricking good.
You poor sack of shit
Unironically do keto.
and intermittent fast and bulk.
