    half cup uncooked white Rice, steam that up in 15 minutes, 3 eggs scrambled, salt and pepper on the whole thing. BIG GAINS boi.

    big dinner the night before, sometimes OMAD
    preworkout: 5mg tadalafil, 5g fish oil, multivitamin, 50mg zinc and a Bang to wash them down
    postworkout: 2 g niacin, protein shake with 2 scoops, whole milk, banana and ice

    Something easy to digest. Carbs for energy (not too many) A banana is fine as an example. Protein from a shake. I have that 1 hour before I start + something with caffeine.

    I've been eating over night oats and it's pretty addictive
    1/4 cup oats
    1/3 cup milk
    Scoop of chocolate protein powder
    Scoop of peanut butter
    Sliced banana
    Simple as

      How do u deal with the phytase? I don't know if it's placebo but oats make me feel nutrient deficient the next day (dizzy, confused, tired)

      mine is similar however i go for greek yogs

      35g oats
      170g greek
      Scoop of protein powder
      Scoop of peanut butter powder
      3oz berries (raspberry, blackberry, strawberry etc)
      Simple as

    couple scoops plain full fat greek yogurt, sliced banana, maybe granola or chia seeds if I'm feeling it. sometimes some dried blueberries
