It's not even a nut, it's a highly processed dried burnt end part of a fruit from a literal toxic poisonous tree. It grows one by one and the tree is so poisonous that workers burn their hands if they don't handle it with proper gloves. Only after careful complex harvesting, drying, burning and additional processing you can then eat it without feeling like you're eating something highly toxic.

The oils are garbage. Whole nuts and seeds are great in small amounts, maybe medium too. PUFAs and phytate are the main reason you want to limit them.

You don't have to have eat them on their own you can crush a few and put them on top of yogurt, oatmeal or in a salad not that in those amounts they'd do anything.
The best health outcomes results from having just a single serving. There are also different qualities to each one, so i will had a serving of 2-3 different kinds per day.

If you are chewing 3 times to eat nuts you aren't digesting them anyway. Life isnt about being lean. Many people enjoy nuts,in fact the more nuts people consume the leaner they are.
