    Do you even know what cashews are?
    It's not even a nut, it's a highly processed dried burnt end part of a fruit from a literal toxic poisonous tree. It grows one by one and the tree is so poisonous that workers burn their hands if they don't handle it with proper gloves. Only after careful complex harvesting, drying, burning and additional processing you can then eat it without feeling like you're eating something highly toxic.

    Yet we're sold the idea that we should eat this shit? That it's healthy while the entirety of nature is yelling that it's highly toxic?. Maybe that raw meat schizo Sv3rige was right after all

    The oils are garbage. Whole nuts and seeds are great in small amounts, maybe medium too. PUFAs and phytate are the main reason you want to limit them.
