I have problems with low blood pressure, how do I know? Because I get dizzy from standing up too quick, and if I press on my femoral artery (by leaning into something) enough I can get dizzy and have white spots appear on my vision.
How do I get rid of low blood pressure? I tried looking on Wikipedia but it’s pretty vague regarding my case since I don’t have any medication, not of old age, no malnourishment, no heart conditions, no dehydration, no hypovolemia, no anemia, no pregnancy, and no endocrine problems.
Ignoring the cause is there anything I can do to increase my blood pressure that isn’t getting morbidly obese or eating junk food

Correction: Add some fats too. You don’t need to go full bloat lord, but if you don’t eat above maintenance at your weight, you can expect more of the same problems you’re having now, but worse with time.

I've tried starting a lifting routine a few months ago but gave up less than a week in, it's just too tedious and a chore. I don't think suffering makes character and I already got enough problems in life.

Anon the sticky is for building fundamental weightlifting skills. Compound lifts make far more muscle gains than anything else.
Just because you arent seeing progress doesnt mean there isnt any, but youre probably not eating enough protein, calories or trying to go to failure in the gym
If you really don't want to learn to do the main lifts, at least start with pushups, pullups, and body weight squats. Do that for a while and see how much you can improve. Then, you can go to a gym and use the leg press, row, horizontal press machines. You might consider also investing in a bench and some adjustable dumbbells at that point if you are still too embarrassed to go to a gym. By then, you will have started enjoying the exercise and will spend more energy researching yourself. Start small and be consistent.
