>processed food is "le bad for you" but processed food lasts 1000X than "natural unprocessed food"

>processed food is "le bad for you" but processed food lasts 1000X than "natural unprocessed food"

Honestly Im starting to think that whole processed vs unprocessed thing is utter bullshit.

Think about it like this: You're basically saying if something isn't "natural" that it is not good for you, ok, but your home is made out of natural material that was PROCESSED and turned into a comfortable livable shelter, you're 1000X healthier living in the PROCESSED shelter made out of natural materials, than you would be if your shelter was made out of UNPROCESSED materials.

So I dont see why how this is any different for foods. We can take naturally occurring materials and process them into clean, comfortable and safe living conditions, in the same way we can take naturally occurring foods and process them for the exact same end result.

In a "SHTF" scenario, you're all taking processed foods because of how safe it is to eat, and how you can store it for a long time and have it be healthy to consume, meanwhile unprocessed foods spoil in a matter of hours/days, yeah, what the hell is healthy about that?

Lets be honest here, the entire concept of "unprocessed natural food is healthy" is completely false

So do you live in a house made up of unprocessed material? So all the wood in your home still has bugs and animals living in it, um, all the steel in your home is still 100% raw iron ore, everything you own is in its original unprocessed raw form, because thats the healthy way right?

      Fricking moron.

Unprocessed does NOT automatically mean healthy.

Processed does NOT automatically mean unhealthy.

        > food that has undergone a process is not inherently unhealthy
Correct. Mashing my potatoes is not unhealthy.

        > processed food is healthy
If the process is salting the shit out of fatty meat, or coating my carbs in extra carbs, then it is not healthy.

Spose this is bait, but maybe some moron will actually think you have a point.

I see where you're coming from here. "Processing" isn't evil in itself, but the way our food industry processes foods is. They utilize preservatives and fillers that make our foods less nutritionally dense, taste worse and even make them potentially harmful. Yellow dyes and plastic packaging have been shrinking our dicks for example. They'll do anything to make foods cheaper to produce and worry about the effects after.

No, you're a moron who doesn't know or understand anything about natural vs processed. Plenty of moronic zoomers have stuck their thumbs up their ass and come up with similiar """logic""" and they have all been moronic.

They last longer because they're literally worthless to living organisms such as bacteria, fungi, and humans, but the latter still gorges on it unlike the former.

For the most part it is. Best thing you can do is stop worrying about it. The lack of stress you feel will help more than cutting out "junk" easily.
