>roiding for this
shoulders are a dead giveaway, fricking literally have a nice day you fat frick
Lmao thanks couldnt have asked for better validation
Very on and off for 8 years or so. Only recently started training for hypertrophy. Before that it's been purely for strength
surprised you made so much progress in only 8 years. you must have exceptional genes for a natty
>surprised you made so much progress in only 8 years.
No one on this board actually lifts. Holy shit.
>exceptional genes
Only for strength, this is a flattering image, i assure you
But thanks, fren!
nice bait roidtroony
nice progress boyo
>roiding
He looks fricking natty. What the frick are you talking about? Nothing will be able to convince me you actually go to the gym.
he looks like complete shit besides his cannonball shoulders- tell me, how does one get anabolic shoulders while not developing any other body part? by taking gear and training like shit
>cannonball shoulders
Those are not cannonball shoulders. Please, just shut the frick up. You have no idea what you're talking about. God, you're so fricking stupid it fricking hurts. Frick this stupid fricking board.
Lmaoing@urlife my dude if you think OP is not achievable natty.
Good job OP, you look great.
his shoulders are flat as shit. lurk more newbie
Congrats frend. How long have you been at it?
the worst physique i have ever seen flr someone benching 130kg. strength training is truly the biggest troll of them all.
Rate my transformation
Incredible progress OP. What was the time on the turn around?
February Start: 150lbs at 5'9"
Now: 168lbs also at 5'9"
Progress is slower than I'd like, but steady enough
Well I'm frickin moronic and see it took 8 years now. Damn that's a long time
nice progress
do you suffer from mental illness?
18lbs in 10 months is absurd. like seriously what the frick do you zoomers expect i dont get it? how the frick could you ever gain more than +20lbs in a year as a natural? uninstall all social media NOW. you are being brainwashed
9kg in a year is fricking nothing, I'm bulking and gaining a kilogram per week, what the frick are you about
why
I have to gain 20 kg to be at my recommended weight
How do you get hair to do that
There's a bit of water in my hair here to keep it up and out of my eyes. Some days I'll use a little mousse and scrunch it. I also use a "healthy" curling shampoo. No parabens or shit like that
18 lbs is not impressive because 8-10lbs of it is probably fat + water weight in muscles.
Good proggy anon
The delt vein is a big come up though.
Calvins are always get the roasties going, why is that anon
From basedgoy to pussyslayer

very underwhelming physique considering those stats tbh
what is your programming like?
Tbf its probably closer to 5 years. Took 2 years off and the rest has had a lot of on and off
Been doing mostly minimalistic training with sbd and some accessories here and there. Havent really focused on looking good
Both pictures are of me at 185 pounds 6'2
Bench 200
Deadlift 330
Squat 185
He went from a 40 yo child molester to 25yo chad
1 yr into lifting
2 yrs in
I'm a new dad and poorgay and stupid (poor) hence why progress is so slow.

Went from around 70kg to 86kg
phenomenal progress bros
solid mirin bro
inb4 you just got fat
3 years
1st year PPL, 2nd year 5/3/1, currently on some upper/lower split with an arm day inbetween.
Not a full progress pic but almost exactly 1 year apart. ~165lb to ~180lb at 5'9
Looking way better on the right
thanks man
You literally look the fricking same only with a post workout pump
Wtf have you been doing Black person? You have not improved in months, are you for real
Yeah 15lbs difference + same condition in both pics (pump+post roon sweat) is totally zero progress. Keep hating if it helps you cope, but post body if you want anything you say to matter.
>15 lb difference
On your ass perhaps fattie
>no body posted
Many such cases
nice shoulder gains
thanks dude

Mom I'm posting it again
You post in every fricking thread you mentally ill frick how much validation do you need?
160lbs lost, two year difference
Holy shit, good job losing the weight. Arms and quads looking good
Please eat
Not trying to be mean or discouraging
You need to hit the weights and figure out why your e2 is so high, you need to change your diet and start pushing yourself into manhood. I escaped skelly mode you can too. watch David goggins or something, learn to hate the world instead of yourself turn to christ turn to hitler whatever it takes
no progress
Training to look like a pear I see
Unironically transition if you aren't already.

August 2023
Lol, meant 2022
Pic is t0day
routine, protein intake daily, etc pls

Lifte 2x daily from 17-21 and never stopped being active, now i'm 31 and mog 99.9% of my peers.
Put the work in early and often and never give up.
why do people ask this stupid shit? do you not realize it doesn't fricking matter
I always answer because maybe eventually they'll get the message that you have to put the work in if you want the result
because most people have been lifting for around 3 months. its always a different cycle of beginners who ask it.
in a way it is pretty logical question. they see a body so they want to know what the guy does. but obviously in the end its a meaningless question.
Left: Some time in early 2020 I think. ~195 lbs
Middle: March 3 of this year
~165 lbs
Right: Now
~160 lbs
I've been 6ft since age 13
I've basically been trying to recomp. I'm visibly leaner (I think), and far stronger than I was in the middle pic.
For reference:
>7 Pull ups on a good day, 225 lb bench on left
>14 Pull ups, 195 lb bench in middle pic
>32 Pull ups, ~260 lb bench now
Despite running an average of about 20 miles/week since the start of 2022, I was just as fast (in both speed and distance) in all 3 pics. Strange...
Inb4
>You're still fat
Shut up.
calorie intake between first and second?
gj btw proud of u
>Left
Not *entirely* sure, but If I had to hazard a guess, 4,000 on an average day. My family has serious hardgainer traits...so long as we're severely overweight.
Paradoxically, I was also more active throughout the day back then. Still in high school (I'm 100% certain the pic was pre-Covid-Lockdowns). The school had weight training as a class. I was taking it. I was on the wrestling team (where I found out I fricking suck at wrestling).
My only *real* problem was I ate like a ham-galaxy.
>Center and Right
2,500 in both, believe it or not. OMAD too. Slamming down a whole day's worth of food at 8:00 in the morning is unironically a great time and no one can convince me to go back to 3 meals a day.
whats strange about it? you are running the same 20 miles per week, you are not progressive overloading. you wont make progress doing the same thing even if you do it for 10 years. if you literally just do the same thing nothing happens, you maintain it. run 30 miles, 40 miles, do sprints, etc. You need to progressive overload and do something MORE and different to challenge your body to have a reason to improve
3 month cut
No offence but you look like you don't even lift. Your arms are puny, you legs are DYEL. Al you have is maybe slight chest and lats.
Do you even lift or do you just do pushups and cardio?
Yes I do lift but show me what you look like so I can use you as an inspiration to better myself
Thought so
Many such cases
You ended your bulk like 50 lbs early, sorry.
Maybe cause I don't want to be big but lean
122 to 90kg at 6'
Literally all calorie counting and a diet overhaul.
Was hoping to hit 85 by the end of the year but I've been taking it easy the past month and a bit.
That's some serious fat loss. Don't know how much it took, but it's impressive.
Keep it up my man
Cheers man, appreciated
Nice man I'm doing the same. Most of my weight loss was from long fasts and walking I've been working out 6 days a week for the last 2 months and I'm getting down there. I still have 60ish pounds to lose. WAGMI
You're doing it man, it's all gonna be fricking awesome.
Do you feel better after losing all that weight? I've lost 65ish lbs and I feel exactly the same as I did when I was 320lbs. Emotionally that is. My body doesn't feel much different either. Things are easier to do but it just feels like I should feel better then I do. Sorry for the blog post kek
I feel much better emotionally, one entire wall of my room is mirrors so now ever time I look over I don't see a fat piece of garbage. Now I'm just a slightly overweight piece of garbage.
That being said I physically don't feel different, because its such a subtle change over time I always get used to it before the differences become apparent.
Start: June 19, 2022; 35 yo, 6'3", 272 lbs, 33%+ body fat
Current: 208 lbs, ~20% body fat
Going down to 200 then I'll start eating at maintenance and working on adding more lean mass and trimming down body fat more. Trying to get back into the shape I was in when I was in the Marines (2007-2015).
Impressive man you got some good skin. You got no visible loose skin or stretch marks. Congrats man you motivated me big time
Oh I have stretch marks I can assure you, hips mostly, inner arms too. But almost everyone has stretch marks, they aren't anything to worry about. But yeah, no loose skin is a big plus.

Why are you carrying an invisible watermelon under your right arm?
Other than that you don't look a lot better for 9-10 months, but you do look some better, so keep going.
w-which one is before and which is after?
I don't have a before pic but here is the aftermath of a 97 pound weight loss from my heaviest. Still not great or anything but I look 100X better than before.
How different do you feel in a general health perspective?
Honestly I feel like a different person. I don't even know how I lived like that as long as I did.
