That cheesecake looks and sounds disgusting. Cheesecake is mostly made with high protein ingredients anyway so bastardizing it like that is genuinely moronic. What you really need for a decent cheesecake:
    >300g cream cheese (the full fat types will give you a smoother creamier result, I buy a high protein one with 4.1g per 37cals and tastes ok just not as smooth)
    >150g yogurt (normally you'd use sour cream but yogurt has similar moisture and texture and way better macros)
    >3 eggs
    >Sugar (4-5 Tspoons up to taste)
    >Vanilla extract

The most important thing for making a cheesecake is having your ingredients all be at room temp since otherwise it won't blend aswell and won't end creamy. Just microwave the cheese and yogurt until they're room temp

    Preheat your oven 175c
Beat your cream cheese until smooth texture, add the yogurt keep mixing. Add the sugar and vanilla (taste it to make sure you're ok with the sweetness of it) then add the eggs and mix until you end up with a silky smooth texture.
Then cook on the preheated oven for 15 mins, after that reduce the temp to 150c for about 30-35 minutes. The edges will be somewhat firm. Then you completely turn off the oven and let it inside for 1 hour (don't be a moron keep the oven shut).
Wait for it to cool and put it in the fridge. Warm cheesecake is pretty gross.
Don't do what op posted adding milk just to have to add extra protein powder for it to coagulate is so moronic and protein powder tastes gross anyway and adding 2 packages of artificial flavored cornstarch is genuinely disgusting

That's the same recipe except you're probably using neufchatel cheese instead of quark.

        >Around half the amount of ingredients
        >Same recipe
They're similar because there's not many different ways of making a cheesecake but if you actually think they're the same you're moronic. Also I'm a thirdworldite so I use something we call "white cheese"
        https://www.tregar.com.ar/product/queso-cremas-blanco-light/
Site doesn't list ingredients but its really clean, no additives, no thickening agents etc. It's basically cream cheese but not as creamy and this brand doesn't add geling or thickening agents so it's smooth but not thivk. But obviously not as smooth as the real deal

      900 calories
      100g protein

Use this recipe, it's pretty godlike:

Lower down the sugar, it's not really needed.

Otherwise, there is better protein stuff, just eat SKYR with a handful blueberries, 11g protein for 55 calories.

Enjoy cheese cake from time to time, just fast a little more. There's truly no need to make an abomination of a cheesecake. It's like the mentality of women who eat fat free but are unhappy that it tastes bad and later shove sweets into them due to unhappiness. Eat the cake alright, just make up for it is the better motto.

If you want to make a normal cheesecake it's the same but with full fat cream cheese, sourcream instead of yogurt and a lot more sugar. American recipes will call for a 2:3 sugar creamcheese ratio (that would be 200g sugar for the mathematically stunted, so roughly 1 cup) but I don't really like desserts to be extremely sweet, it really is up to taste
