I have three tendons in my wrist, which one is it?
I only have it on my primary hand
Got on both wrists.
>evolution still happens in modern humans
>racists co-opt it
Wow what a surprise I'm so shocked.
>subhuman
I see our superiority has lead to some controversy
People without this muscle always cope with this spiel. If this muscle was not used in any fashion then it would wither down like when you never do leg day. Instead this muscle IS used and those without it are like a man without foreskin.
You should be able to hold your grip longer than those without. Most of the tests are done by comparing maximum grip strength with this muscle or not which is false. There is a negligible strength difference but you can hold onto the rocks for longer.
Is it the tendon in the middle? Do some people not have that?
I have it, but what does it mean? A girl once told me it means I'm better at climbing so I assumed it was a monkey Black person thing but I'm 100% white (two separate DNA tests confirmed). What is it?
Means ever so slightly stronger thumb
stronger grip strength
I don't specifically train grip and I've DOHed 500 on diddly
Looked it up, kinda interesting. Asians, Africans and Skräälings have it less commonly than Europeans, its also rarer in women than in men
Apparantly slightly better thumb grip when your holding things far away from your trunk, so at the bottom of pulls
>randomly makes up a word
yandex and google give no results
Do you mean "Skräälings"? Here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skr%C3%A6ling
i dont believe that, i bet that the people who say they dont have it just don't have it showing while relaxed & don't know how to make it show, or are too fat to see it
it's 14%
I have it but my hand length is below 7 inches so um
I have a 9.5 inch gripspan.
what is the best isolation exercise for this muscle?
Iron mind Imtug with thumb and pinky/ring finger only
Negative. It's a wrist flexion muscle that also pulls palms superficial structures tighter. Good move would be some wrist flexion exercise with certain grip, rom and palm orientation to specifically target it over all the other more prominent wrist flexion muscles. Interestingly pulmaris longus attaches all the way to the humerus
I only have the tendon on my right arm. Can definitely feel the lack of it on my dominant and usually stronger left in comparison when pressing my pinky and thumb against each other.
commit soduko
it has adv and disadv, i have it on my left non dominant arm but not on my main right arm.
the benefits you get from it is more strength probably but you lose dexterity
I have it on both arms, get mogged Pulmaris Longuslets KEK
Have it on the left.
Explains why I can do the spock sign on left and not right.
What a curious anatomy rng.
>Pulmaris Longus
its the opposite most people have it, it serves no purpose
Actually, only "people" have it
I have it, I also have big hands but a teenage girls wrist and shit grip strength. I'm working on it though.
>Muscle
That has got to be the skinniest pencil arm I have ever seen posted LMAOOO
