somethings is definitely different. i get chest pains for sure. i dont have the lung capacity i used to either. also feel like im not progressing as fast as i used to. i noticed when i get little cuts they leave scars when before i got vaxxed, they healed completely leaving no mark. so my theory is that my healing capability is worse and therefore when i workout and damage my muscles they dont heal as well as they used to.
what i worry about is that the blood vessels in my lungs were clotted by the spike proteins and now my heart works overtime when i have to breath heavier. it seems to be worse because now when i walk up stairs i get more winded than i used to.
so youre probably fricked but that shouldnt stop you from working out anyways.

I only got vaxed twice when I had to for work and travel years ago, I cycled to the clinic and I cycled back home, still lifted the day I got it, took usual preworkout, creatine, etc, barely any soreness the next day, still lifted and did cardio the day afterwards. Did the same thing the 2nd time, both times I was the only person who biked there, everyone else drove there and was mostly old or fat. Restrictions for the majority of things ended years ago, I don't know why you would do it again, cases peaked years ago, pandemic is long over.

I think the bathtub mdma, unknown pills, smoking, and binge drinking when I was younger and partied might have been more dangerous but like you I also got afraid after taking it. I really didn’t want to, but ultimately I chose to for money working in a required field. I have made it my mission to make it financially to never be in that kind of pressured position again. Tbh I have had more negative effect from anxiety related to any possible malady than from any direct malady itself.
Anyway this is just anecdotal but an experience. I treated it like it was dangerous, I took 3-4 days off from work after and rested hard as if I was sick. Administered myself high to massive doses of NAC, glutamine, Carnosine, D3, nattokinase, methyl Bs, TMG, PQQ/coQ10, EPA/DHA, electrolytes and high hydration alongside some fasting and sun exposure. Took 2 weeks to taper exercise back up afterwards. Felt slightly more tired in the first days but within a week was ok.
A few weeks later I started doing cardio (when I hadn’t seriously in some time) and some sauna, and felt ok.
Something like 6 months later I caught Covid and that’s when I actually felt some more notable issues. Didn’t get very sick but my endurance was quite impacted for about a month afterwards (slowly improving) in that my heart rate would go up faster than it used to, and generally would get tired sooner in mental and physical work. So I very slowly increased my exercise amount over 6 weeks. Went back on the supplements and that seemed to help too.
After that I figure I’m ok because I started Muay Thai 3 months after which was way harder cardio than I’d had in the last 5 years and I didn’t die and my endurance adapted pretty well with training.
TLDR; both Covid and the vaccine are bad I can’t say which is worse, but the stress I put on myself from worrying about it probably has a worse effect than anything else.

I was fatasfatass when I got all my doses. I've started lifting and doing cardio and have lost fifty pounds since then. My heart's in better condition now than it has been in a long time and I have yet to have anything concerning occur.

I took Pfizer last year because I had to for my job, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it. I didn't notice any difference whatsoever. I also got covid 3 times (all after taking the vaccine) and haven't noticed any difference from that either, at all. I'm stronger now than before I took the vax (not because of the vaccine, just through natural progression). Just pointing that out because I haven't gotten weaker, though it makes sense to think assume that I might have. Purely anecdotal obviously.
Just to add, it was 2 shots of Pfizer that I got. One and then a second a month later or something.

There are a small number of people who have cardiac complications after the vaccines – the immune system works by inflammation – but the spike protein is quickly cleared, that's what the immune system is doing.
Actual COVID infection is a million times worse, you don't just have a teensy bit of spike, you have hundred of billions of COVID virons replicating with not just the spike but other stuff, and you have not just the inflammatory response against the spike proteins, you have the inflammatory response to fight all that. Most early COVID mortality came from the body, untrained against the virus, freaking the frick out and going into overdrive with an immune response called a "cytokine storm" that fricked people up worse.
Beyond inflammation, that COVID binds to ACE2 receptors (nearly everywhere in your body, including your heart and blood vessels) means it can do a lot of direct damage. Rates of heart attacks, clotting, and stroke are elevated for long periods after COVID, much more than after vaccination (which blunts these effects, think of it as a warmup reducing risk of injury while working out, or progressive overload training) and it can cause damage to the autonomic nervous system, which controls the background functions of your body, including heart rate. Plenty of people get a condition called POTS after COVID defined by the autonomic nervous system freaking out and causing the heart to beat way too fast on standing up.

I also got astrazeneca, two doses, same as you I was scared, I got had plpitations, for months, I thought I was going to die, I stopped working out, when I ran I got chest pin, went to the doctor to check my hearth, apprently no arythmia no nothing, so I slowly started upping my cardio sometimes chest pain would come back I figured chest pain was due lung inflammation and not the hearth since I already checked it, I had correlated the pain to my hearth accelerating when I worked out, but It night have been due to my lung capacity suffering, so yes I feel great atm and pain is gone, but I have told my close friends if I die suddenly of hearth atack do blame vaccines, since I was ok before!
Forgot to mention, probably in the best shape I have ever been! Not awesome but for me very good
