>oatmeal >pasta >bread >rice >apples >bananas >more satiating than eggs
pure moronation, i want to show whoever made this me eating 3 bananas 3 apples 3 oranges and 150 grams of oats in one sitting and then being hungry 2 hours later.
potatoes/lentils/beans are the only filling carbs here
5 eggs is like 400 calories, 8 is like 700
150 grams of oats is 600; 3 bananas like 180+; 3 apples like 150+; 3 large oranges like 180; 1100 calories
potatoes
eggs
beans
sweet potatoes
lean chicken
apples
lean pork
lean beef
oranges

cont.
i like oats but its not at all filling, very sweet fruits arent either in general.
quark, that anon meant quark
there is place in a world where kefir is easily available and cheese is called "yellow cheese" and quark is called "white cheese"

I used the literal translation of the name on the container, macros are 8gr protein 3,5gr sugars for 100mg, 0,1 fat. Yes, where i live kefir is available for cheap and we call cheeses like edam yellow cheese, and fresh cheese white cheese, its not accurate but its easy to distiguish if you are eating shitty cheap fatty cheese or if you are eating good non gut rotting cheese. I dont know what the frick quark actually is, im not familiar with anglo culinary abominations
i like microwave baked sweet potato, i once made a meal out of canned pilchards, hotsauce and undercooked cut up potatoes (abominable, truly disgusting)
I basically only eat quark, yoghurt, mashed potatoes (minimal amount of butter and some milk), meat, eggs, fruits and tiny amounts of nuts. These foods turned out to be the most viable and sustainable source of satiety on a calorie deficit for me.
Water
Water has no nutrients so is not food.
ice
Celery, carrots
+ low fat hummus
Eggs
tyrones sperm
Potatos have the highest satiety index score and actually aren't that high in calories if you don't deep fry them
>boiled potatoes
yuck
mashed potatoes tho
what's so bad about boiled 'tatoes?
put some salt and pepper and niam niam
>what's so bad about boiled 'tatoes?

you have never boiled potatoes or soggy cardboard.
stop lying.
There was a time i fasted for 5 days, after which i ate a boiled potato. That was the most delicious thing i've ever eaten.

to be fair, egg probably has more calories than all that combined
