Elliptical is about the quietest cardio machine I've tried that transfers the least impact to the floors and walls. I got a magnetic rower but the cam on the seat probably produces a sound about 50-60 decibels. Had various bikes before the hissing of the band is also at least 50. If you're not on the second story you could probably do something with a step box like an aerobics platform and a yoga mat on the floor behind it and just step up and down without shoes it shouldn't make a sound over 30-40 decibels.
I will get told I'm a moron for this but squatting with ultra high reps will do the job. Just do like 600 squats touching your elbows to your knees and back up. Next to no noise and you could do it in a closet it takes up so little space. Another anon suggested it to me, I tried it, and now it's my main form of cardio. The leg DOMS are fricking insane for the first few weeks though. Felt like a noob again
>Lie down on your bed >pick up your head, arms, and legs, so only your butt is making contact with the bed >Wave your arms and legs in circles
This is the quietest thing I can think of, not a peep
Shadow boxing can be pretty exhausting, and pretty quiet depending on what kind of floor you have. If you have carpets in a relatively well isolated house, you're golden.
cooming to porn at the corner of your room, with headphones on.
The more embarrassing the porn, the higher your heart rate will be.
