Stop identifying as someone who's apathetic. Treat it as a nuisance that's holding you back.
Find out what's clogging up your free time and cut it out, if you can objectively quantify that watching bullshit tv is not good you can catch yourself in the act.
          >you are what you do, you're also what you don't do

I always have to cut my hair once it gets to beck's length. The greasiness is really bad and I don't use shampoo anymore.

shame, no point in keep your hair short unless you're going bald. Every dude should have long hair once in their lives.

I have had long hair in university. It was nice. I wonder why my hair decided to go full grease even after I cleaned up my diet. I will try again from a buzzcut and see find the route cause.

The secret to staying lean is drink lots of iced coffee with milk, and then eat one meal in the evening. Easy. You can get like 200 calories from the milk and 1500 from food and you'll be at a low caloric amount . Based.

Great work OP. I feel as though people will start recognising my posts because I shill this book so much but awaken the giant within will be a great read for you once you settle in to your new job.
And remember, big changes and playing all your cards at once very rarely works, but small improvements on a regular basis will last forever. Consistency overtime beats almost any other factor in literally ANYTHING in life.

How do I actually stop jacking off so much? It has turned into an actual addiction more difficult to shake than drugs or alcohol. Each time I cum, I have this cathartic post-nut clarity "never again" moment which just gets erased 8 hours later when I'm horny again.

      I know the exact feeling.

The only way that worked for me was staying busy. Exercise helped a lot. After running around the neighboorhood waving at neighbors I had no desire to fap.
Some of the emotional dealings of nofap are more difficult though. Something very stressful or frusterating happens in life and the urge to fap multiplies. The only thing to do in those situations is still stay busy and keep it out of your mind. Easier said than done, but it gets easier every time you defeat an urge.

Dafuq? No it won't. You are doing everything right. Good proper progress is slow. Do not fall for meme diets like fasting or any of that moronic nonsense. Eat all the foods, get enough veggies and fruit, get enough animal protein, eat 4-5 meals a day, get your carbs in, be in a 500caloric deficit, lose about 0.5-1kg a week, enjoy the process. You are on the way to making it. Stop being a sad c**t. Congrats on taking action on getting a job and new habits that shit is really solid.
