How I got rid of coffee: started by having an espresso in the morning then black tea rest of the day. Swapped black tea for green tea, then swapped the espresso for green tea, then swapped it for herbal tea. No more caffeine

youre moronic, israelites are against caffeine and products that are actually beneficial...they only want you to consume porn and vaccines

In what world do israelites want less avenues to make money off you? Are you fricking moronic? There's no line of reasoning here at all. You think there's not israelites in charge of every soda or energy drink corporation? Actually ridiculous how many layers of mental gymnastics you're going through to justify your addiction. Top addict behavior.

The half life of coffee is very long. If you have 2 cups by the time you are in bed you have half a cup in your system

I had stopped drinking coffee for a week because I got sick and then I had 1 coffee from my Italian coffee maker at 9am and my heart was beating extremely hard and I couldn't sleep until 1 am. I must have messed up my body with all of the coffee I used to drink. Now u only have coffee if I eat chocolate cake

I know coffee is good for me but I dont like the concept of being addicted so i think ill quit too, and eventually have the odd cup as a special occasion like a beer, not all day every day like a slave

I made a thread saying the same thing but it had too many spazzes arguing about if its good for you so i ditched it

then I started drinking coffee again and I felt... nothing
unless you drink like 3 cups a day there's no reason to quit

What about healthier caffeine sources like green tea or yerba mate? I don't think coffee is all that bad for you, but matcha and gyokuro are clearly healthier, and I never see anyone lay out arguments against stuff like that.

How can anyone become addicted to caffeine? I just have a coffee after lunch and maybe one in the morning at much and not even everyday, just mix with other infusions like tea or pennyroyal or something?

I used to drink coffee a liter at a time, but I've found I can train just as hard with either nothing at all or just a cup of tea. so sometimes I'll drink it because I like, but I don't consider it much as a pre-workout. plus, I sleep a bit better without drinking it, even if I stop having it by noon

I have ADHD and recently quit. I'm at 55 days.

My mental health is better, my focus has improved, I can actually sleep, and I don't drink 6 cans of Diet Coke a day.

Caffeine is for lazy people who won't meditate or put in the mental reps.

On one hand, caffeine can improve brain function and testosterone.

On the other hand, you can overdo it and cause stress and heart problems.

I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke weed, don't do hard drugs or have prescriptions.

But I still drink a bit of coffee, like 1-2 cups a day if I feel like drinking coffee that day.

OP, do you think I should quit the caffeine? How has this been a "game changer" for you?
