Just eat a bunch of mushrooms and go into your trip determined you're going to quit. Might want to do some more 3-4 days later. Make sure there's no cigarettes around you. good luck Anon you can do it. Mushrooms are quitting on easy mode

you just gotta want it, thats the only way anything in your life will ever get done. become a caffeine junky while your quitting durries then quit the caffeine after (caffeine is way easier to kick cold turkey). thats the only thing i found made it easier. goodluck mate

You’re not gonna like this answer but ive been a smoker and quit successfully.

You just have to stop, that’s all you have to do. Don’t use nicotine patches, vapes, or anything else, just fricking quit and go through a couple weeks of utter turmoil and then you’ll never think about them again.
Nicotine is extremely addictive but only for a short period of time, it’s not like heroin where you become an addict for life. Once you get over the hump, you’re golden.

      >it’s not like heroin where you become an addict for life.
Heroin addicts just have the urge for heroin constantly forever, even when they're a year cold turkey?

    >Switch to a vape
    >Get stupidly high strength juice
    >Become more addicted to the vape than cigarettes
    >Slowly ween down juice strength till you're at 1 or 0 mg
    >No longer addicted to the nicotine just the smoking
Get one like pic related with a clear pod the air bubbles are so fidgety to play with gives you something to do with your hands instead of rolling cigarettes and smoking.

Literally just stop buying and smoking cigarettes. Have some fricking control over your own life, anytime you smoke a cigarette you consciously do it because your will is fricking weak.

The fact that you have to ask another man how to stop putting sticks in your mouth is fricking pathetic.

I hate how toxic and weak cigs made my body feel, but i love the high Nicotine gave me

I've smoked troughout late high school and college but only maybe 3-4 cigs a day on average so take this with a grain of salt.
The thing that made me quit was cycling, running and cardio in general. I felt awful when winded and I felt even worse when smoking afterwards.
Saw a sharp inprovement in my performance and general mood and body "feeling" after not having a smoke for a few days and doing some cardio daily.
I quit then and there and am holding the streak for a month.
Granted, it was a stress free two weeks this summer so it helped a lot.
The only hard thing is dealing with social triggers when going out, otherwise no problem.

I suggest just QUIT as soon as you have a week to yourself, and do some hard cardio to flush out your metabolism. Your body will have withdrawls for 1-2 weeks max, the only thing you have to fight AFTER that is the residual habit, the "meh, why not".

Nobody quits without replacing it with something else. I recommend steroids

    go camping.

seriously, if you want to quit, go camping, dont take any cigs with you, make sure you are camping for at least a full week (long enough to break the chemical addiction), and it helps if you are camping somewhere that isnt a 5-10 minute drive to a party store.

it will not be the most fun camping trip you've ever had. the withdrawls and cravings will be shitty, but you will bein a place and situation where it is not immediately accessible to just cave in and grab a pack. make sure to empty out and get rid of all the ashtrays and any smoking accessories from your house before you go so they dont stare you in the face when you come back.

nicotine pouches, friend. There are 2,4,10,12,16,20mg strenght ones. I would recommend going for the 4mg or 2mg ones. You can get ones that taste like candy or watermelon or bubblegum or whatever you like and they are infinitely cheaper and last longer

I also had a cigarette addiction and coming from me. If you cant quit cold turkey you're mentally a child. The cravings aren't even that hard to fight. Go read a book or something like that . Or eat something

Stop being a fricking pussy and just quit cold turkey like a man. Stop trying to dance around the issue and lessen your pain with patches and bullshit. For me there were 3 days of physical withdrawal and then a week of fricking around in my mind wondering whether to have another cig or not, after that it was over. You need to suffer to achieve greatness. Get started anon.

And I smoked heavily for 12 years, it was hard but worth it. You need to get pissed off and just get thru the few days of physical withdrawal. It was 3 days. I considered walking it back with patches but I didn't have the patience for all that. If I can do it you can do it.
