Have you tried high volume niacin flush for a few months? Like 500mg first day then 1g, 1.5, and then 2g for the rest? I had some kind bumpy skin condition for my whole life and niacin flush + aveeno lotion has nearly gotten rid of it in a few weeks.

Do you use a lotion on your hands? It's probably psoriasis as others have already said, but you can lessen the effects by regularly moisturizing your hands. It's probably flaring up due to colder temperatures assuming you're in the northern hemisphere.

I want to recommend you this lotion, but your condition seems fairly severe so I'm sort of afraid to recommend anything. I have psoriasis on my hands as well, but much less severe than yours. When it gets especially dry if I put this lotion on it stings like hell, but eventually it gets better afterwards. For you I'd imagine it would sting even more. If you do want to try it, just put a tiny dab on a small area and let it sit for a few minutes. Most likely the area will get red and begin to burn a bit, but that's only because the skin is so dry. If it seems fine then try a larger area.

same for me. Lay back on constantly washing your hands and if you do, make sure you moisturize. Started getting nasty skin cracking myself but just a couple days of regular moisturizing completely reversed it.

Psoriasis. Use a steroid cream. Hydrocortisone should be OTC, start with that. If it doesn't work go a doctor for something stronger. If steroids don't work you can ask a dermatologist about narrowband UVB light therapy.

If it's an allergic reaction it's far more likely it's something he stuck his hands into rather than something he stuck into his mouth. Like a new soap, dishwashing liquid, house hold cleaning product, something he used his hands to apply etc.

I'm gonna save a lot of you homies with skin problems, this is my time to give all you morons a masterclass.

Step 1. Open Iherb (health/wellbeing marketplace, like the Amazon of skin/food/hair/etc products), it's very 3rd world friendly so all you macacos will be able to get top quality 1st world products although mind the customs israelite.

    You have Iherb opened?
Look up these products for your skin, morons. The best au natural products Mama Earth can bring.

    1. Coal Tar or Pine Tar Soap Bar or Bodywash
    2. Sulphur Soap or Ointment 10%
    3. Magnesium Oil Spray/Mist
    4. Herbal Salve/Savvy for Rough Hands (Country Comfort and Badger's Company have some)
    5. Aveeno Baby (Babby's first) Eczema Therapy, Nighttime Balm
    6. Epsom Salts for Bath

This is strictly for all you dry skin crusty Eczema/Psoriasis gays but a lot of these products are co-adjacent to acne problems etc.

    Your routine.
    1. Step One : Wash with tar/sulphur soap and magnesium soap bar once daily, alternate. Pine tar for repeat washes, small hand washes, magnesium 1-2 times a day on face/hands. Sulphur once in morning.

    2. Apply ointments as needed, put salve on hands in morning, reapply when hands get dry and crusty. Apply babby's eczema balm at night. Ideally you'd wear satin gloves too at night to protect your claws.

    3. Whenever you feel like your damn skin is getting too dry throughout the day, whether its hands or face, spray your shit with either the magnesium oil spray or any kind of hydrating spray (depending if your skin drinks up better oil or gels, you will have different choices to try).
You can try oil-based sprays, or aloe vera sprays/gels, or hyaluronic acid, etc.
I find with dry crusty skin problems, oil spray, a very fine mist of it, then lathered works great.
Now I recommend to use strictly medicated type oils with magnesium in case there is an electrolyte imbalance in the skin which impeaches moisture retention...

    Anyways experiment homie.

What about sebbhorhic dermatitis on the scalp/beard? Ketocanozole 1-2% is starting to lose its effectiveness, and it works better than Tgel

        Anonymous

For scalp and beard : first of all, you're gonna have to take drastic long term measures in order to prevent the return of that kind of dermatitis which is around hair follicles.

        1. Do not use razors to shave anymore, do not shave matter of fact anymore. From now on you can only use trimmers for both scalp and beard. Always disinfect both with alcohol before and after each trim.

        2. Always keep beard and hair short. We're talking 1cm length max for a long while, because your skin needs to areate and see sunlight homie.

        3. Always dry your hair and beard thoroughly, I'm talking use a hair dryer on it if you have to. Never allow humidity to fester. If you sweat a lot, keep a dabbing towel or some tissues near you (in car, at office desk). You really want to keep your skin dry as much as possible.

        3. With sebbhoreic dermatitis, you gotta understand that the fungus feeds off the sebum, your natural oils. So you're gonna need to reduce sebum production as much. and of course AVOID ADDING ALL TOPICAL OILS on your skin.

What works best for you is what has a drying effect. We're talking (check it out on Iherb).

        As dailies :
        1. Salicylic Acid Spray Mist or Serum (usually in 2% concentration)
        2. Drying types of soaps such as : Sulphur Soap (5 or 10%), Pine tar soap for your scalp and beard wash. You want to feel like your skin is dry AF after a wash, as a rule of thumb, looking for the right soap.

        3. Once or Twice a week, you're going to want to do a clay mask on your scalp and beard skin. Basically mixing a thick creamy past consistency and lathering it all on your scalp/skin and letting it dry. Clay (mud) sucks up all the sebum and some moisture.

NOW ALL OF THIS MIGHT MAKE YOUR SKIN DRY. You might want to hydrate your skin in those areas as a result, in case your skin starts to gets chafy/scaly.

        cont...

          Anonymous

In case of Sebbhoreic dermatitis, understand its a fungus thriving in there, it needs organic matter to live in your hair. So you're gonna want to avoid putting that can feed the bacteria/fungus.

OF course, as we mentioned, avoid oils, but also avoid products which have things like aloe vera gels. You're gonna want to hydrate your skin using SPRAY MISTS. Why because we identified that we want to dry out the area, scorch the earth so to speak for the fungus.
SPRAY MISTS allow you to control how much you put in there.

The types of spray mists you're gonna want to use should mostly be made of WATER. You're gonna want to use things like a ROSEMARY WATER MIST (on Iherb) which also is perfect for scalp/beard for helping your hair follicles be strong and grow. You're basically gonna want herbal water mists and apply them at time of day your scalp/beard skin starts to feel really dry. Throughout the day if you live in hot climate you can reapply a PURE WATER MIST on the areas to keep skin hydrated but don't overdo it and let the bacteria fester, keep it dry, let the skin drink, then make sure it's all dried up. NO SOGGINESS.

Basically I think I gave you the best GENERAL feedback, no oils, no ''food for bacteria'', use drying agents, keep it way dry and hydrate the skin in a very controlled, quantified manner. And keep it short, areated and in contact with the sun.

Probably psoriasis. I have it pretty bad. Mine occurs mostly on my hairline, eyebrows/eyelids, elbows, calves, and ear lobes. I've taken Humera shots to get rid of it but I'm probably fricking up my kidney hard. I could probably do topical cremes but I hate the feeling of creme going over it. Basically it's over and you'll be paying an arm and a leg for treatment for the rest of your life if you don't have insurance.

Psoriasis. I had it and fixed it by removing gluten. Try fasting for a bit and see if it improves, if it does, eliminate things from your diet until you find what it is. It is commonly related to gut issues, though not always.

That’s just a “spa rash” you get those when you go to massage parlors a lot. Usually caused by the ladies not cleaning out the beds frequently after every client.

    t. Used to go to Asian massage parlors every 3 days and would usually get rashes every now and then. Sometimes youd lay down on the message table and feel a wet spot lmao. Rashes go away after a few days. Don’t worry op
