i have a job too and it takes me like 10 minutes to cook any of the basic meals i cook. Go ahead and spend extra money on that, but do the math on how much money a year you're actually spending and you might reconsider just using a pan

Can you share some basic recipes please?
i usually microwave frozen vegetables and add butter and spices to those and then pan fry a meat cutlet with salt and garlic and add spices or use some bottled sauce for that.

NTA but i usually cook 4-6 cuts of beefpork in cast iron pan with olive oil + spices, while it's resting ill sautee whatever veg I have on hand in the juices left in the pan.
chicken I use a instapot with broth potatoes and carrots or I'll bbq (marinate in bbq sauce + brine from jalapenos I pickled).
