          isn't there a good plant source of zinc? I've been trying to up my intake recently but I can't eat oysters because of shellfish allergy and I've also been trying to cut back on red muscle meat because of methionine restriction.

          I could but as a rule of thumb I try to get from whole foods because there's a lot of 'background' biochemistry going on behind the scenes that supps miss out on.

          Pretty sure k2 can be obtained from gouda cheese, it's probably a lose dose though. And D3 just get more sunshine.

      Doesn't seem like it. I read multiple articles saying it works, but you have to buy from a credible source.
      There's proof that probiotic bacteria make itt o the fecal matter
      There's also evidence saying that probiotics help with ibs

      The problem is that they can't pointout specific strains of bacteria that are doing the benefits. So it's like a shotgun effect. Just take it and hope it helps.
