I used to drink three raw eggs mixed in with milk before the gym when I was 18. If you mix it well enough you don't get the sort of globular consistency to the whites that is the only real unpleasant thing about it.
If you stir your eggs until you see bubbles form then you stirred them enough.

If you can get high-quality eggs (meaning they're from chickens that actually eat their natural diet, and aren't just fed 80-99% grains), then asbolutely. Raw eggs are like natural steroids; you'll never have an easier time making gains. I wish I could get some decent eggs around here, but it's just impossible.

I can eat more eggs if I eat them raw. I get my eggs from a good place so no risk of salmonella. I haven't noticed any other difference.
