Thoughts? hyberborean schizos on the internet keep mentioning this and is this some sort of meme? people seem to be in 2 camps
1. fricking moronic just cook your meat
2. not fricking moronic eat it rvw like our bvsed euro ancvstors or something
i cant tell if this is a joke or if its better to eat raw meat
enzymes
I eat cooked. But I enjoy raw dishes from time to time. Like Tatare or Mett. Nothing wrong with it if you're not in a third world country like America.
>bvsed euro ancvstors
who cooked their meat and drank their milk fresh from the source.
This is also true of everyone else's ancestors who had access to both. Mongols? Cooked meat, 'raw' milk.
My thought on "raw meat, raw milk" is that it's a psyop to connect an obviously bad idea with an obviously good idea.
Eating raw meat is literally just about proving the point that it is possible and not worse than cooked meat.
Upside cooked meat: no parasites
Upside raw meat: more nutrients
Some autists who dont understand that healthy nutrition is about variety and not about eating le heckin superfood will make a cvlt out of it.
eating raw meat and other alt diets has always been a thing, and aajonus vonderplanitz made it a real thing back in like the 70s-80s, but a lot of people have always done "alternative" diets kind of on their own volition, not everything is some kind of internet thing.
sv3rige got most of his stuff from aajonus and added his own schizo shit to it, you can find documentaries and articles on raw meat eaters before him.
Basically no nutrients are lost cooking meat
Yes they are. Much of the biovailable nutirents in raw meat are significantly decreased.
If you were to burn steak till its black, it would obviously lose nutrients. Searing flesh will destroy nutrients
Wrong.
Most of the B vitamins and other water-soluble vitamins are lost during cooking.
Minerals are cauterized and become unusable.
Enzymes are destroyed, making it significantly harder to digest.
The resulting product is covered in carcinogens.
Do you have any real-world experiments to back up this theory of yours?
>“Enzymes are sub-
stances which make life possible. They are needed for every chemical re-
action that occurs in our body. Without enzymes, no activity at all would
take place. Neither vitamins, minerals nor hormones can do any work
102 The Untold Story of Milk
without enzymes. Enzymes are much more than catalysts. Catalysts are
only inert substances. They possess none of the life energy we find in
enzymes.”
cooking meat was for when you couldn't store it
smoked meats, dried meats are raw meats
rare steaks are raw meats with a tasty outer shell
it's actually really stupid to not eat raw meat
>In countless feeding experiments, animals fed cooked foods have
done poorly compared to animals fed raw foods. Every zookeeper in the
world now feeds zoo animals only raw foods; it took many years, but
zookeepers finally learned that animals eating cooked foods fail to re-
produce, become diseased and die prematurely, a fact that provides fur-
ther evidence for the critical importance of food enzymes found only in
raw foods.
inb4 different digestive systems
we really don't. cats and humans basically have the same digestive system
What do you think is going to happen? Why do you think it's going to help you compared to the normal stuff?
Didn't some news anchor or politician get violently sick from drinking raw milk in celebration of it becoming legal in his state and it was captured on the news?
way more people have gotten sick from pasteurised milk than raw
but this isn't a discussion, because you can't have debates with fools. i'm sharing with you something called reality
/thread
Damn, don't trip while you run away.
>Here there can be no debate about the physical fact:
pasteurization destroys the enzymes in milk. What the industry has
minimized is the implication of this fact. These enzymes play a vital role
in the assimilation of the vitamins and minerals in milk, support the im-
mune system and provide powerful protection against pathogens. They
are what make raw milk a living food.
>Both Native Americans and South Seas Islanders,
for example, ate large quantities of meat or fish, much of it cooked, and
enjoyed marvelous bone structure and freedom from arthritis. However,
all of these cultures consumed fermented foods, which might be called
“super-raw foods” because they are very rich in enzymes.
>Not consuming raw egg yolks, raw salmon and raw milk kefir as the three staples of your diet
there's even 'raw plants', with companies that flash-freeze and deliver frozen vegetable smoothies to you.
None of this is as dumb as raw meat.
eating raw plants is actually the dumbest thing, literally indigestible, every culture on earth has some raw meat tradition.
>raw salmon
unironically suicidal if its farmed, one of the most toxic things sold as food, those things basically subsist off eating their own inbred deformed parent's corpses and antiparasitics and biotics, they cut off the heads so you don't see how genetically abominable they are.
People who talk shit on raw meat have never seriously tried it. Their points of view come 100% from brainwashing and propaganda, and 0% from experience.
Raw meat eaters rarely come back to cooking after experiencing all the benefits and how practical and convenient it is.
Cooked meat at this point makes me nauseous. I will mostly only eat it to keep appearances (social obligation).
There are so many benefits it's ridiculous. It digests so much better, no sleepiness after eating, don't have to waste time cooking or washing pots and pans, etc.
(Do not bother trying to contest any of my claims if you don't have any experience eating raw meat, you're literally ignorant)
Raw meat is based, just make it tartare style and put it in the fridge for a little so its cold. Put salt, mustard, and a little sweet teriyaki and youre in fricking heaven.
But make sure its meat from the butcher shop, and not fricking walmart
Eating steak blue rare is the best compromise
Bacteria on outside cooked off, most of steak left raw and undamaged by heat
is... is that based asmongold in a parallel timeline?
Raw meat technically has more vitamins in it so it's good but you should at least give it a sear on the outside for flavor. As for milk I think it's gross, I personally prefer 2% because cereal and ovaltine is more enjoyable for me that way.
I used to believe in MUH RAW MEAT meme then learned better.
Steam cooking is the best way to cook without cooking the nutrients out. Just get a rice cooker with a basket like the Aroma, and you can make rice for them sweet carbs and the steam from it will steam your meat/eggs in the basket. You can actually enjoy your meal with minimum nutrition loss.
And before any homosexual morons shit on carbs/rice, all pro body builders have rice in their diet. Compare their physiques to homosexuals like Varg and Sevriege or whatever his name as and you'll get your answer.
>And before any homosexual morons shit on carbs/rice, all pro body builders have rice in their diet. Compare their physiques to homosexuals like Varg and Sevriege or whatever his name as and you'll get your answer.
Wow, pro bodybuilders look better than recreational lifters? What a shocker, better eat that rice now!
Do you even know what board you're on? Maybe go post on /k/ if you want to be a little homosexual that doesn't know about lifting and just wants to look tough eating raw meat.
