I'm about to drink a cup of raw milk after not having drank any milk for over a decade due to acquired lactose intolerance (yes I'm fully white and not genetically lactose intolerant). How bad of an idea is this?

i can't digest pasteurized dairy but have no problem with unpasteurized so good luck
How are you get intolerance?
I don't know how I got the intolerance exactly, it just... happened.
If I boil it it's no different from regular supermarket milk and I have no chance of being able to tolerate it.
I'm aware of Campylobacter, Salmonella, E.Coli, Listeria etc. risks. The farmer I went to seemed pretty legit, clean and small scale. I guess I'll see what happens.
At least we know a second language.
I got it for €1,50/L which is about $6/gallon in Burger units.
>At least we know a second language.
every language other than english is useless lol, why the frick would i bother learning one? thats why you're here because your own language is fricking worthless
The bacteria in it will cause negative effects. Boil it first to kill the bacteria.
>JUST PASTEURIZE YOUR INTENTIONALLY UNPASTEURIZED MILK BRO
rip any nutritional benefit you were getting for an extra $12/gallon
google bovine tuberculosis
stop getting memed into these weird diet things by fricking ESLs
Are you vegan?
no but youre definitely an esl
Cringe
yea your broken english is
I don't even know if ?m intolerant or not, I drink wathever I want whenever I want
Around age 12 I started to get hellish pain every time I ingested dairy. It was so bad that everyone thought I had appendicitis. So if you're really intolerant, you'd notice. It's been a couple hours since I've tried raw milk now and still no pain yet, so seems promising.
I already said I paid the equivalent of $6/gallon. It's about as expensive or even cheaper than full fat milk from the supermarket around here. If you'd know how supermarket milk is processed, you wouldn't even want to pay that for it.
I was already planning on homesteading in the future, but if this raw milk stuff works for me, I'm definitely going to need my own cow(s) asap.
>I'm definitely going to need my own cow(s) asap.
I'd suggest craiglist then make friends from there.
It's just fat boomers shilling it so they can sell $18 a gallon milk to other boomers along with the grass fed NY strip steaks.
"$18 a gallon"
>2023
>he doesn't have a grass fed Jersey A2/A2 milk cow giving him 6 gallons of raw 5% butterfat milk a day

Stop falling for memes.
let it sit in room temp for some hours to ferment the lactose. That's how we do in my country. Then you cool it and enjoy it as it is or with added sugar.
>That's how we do in my country
I love the stuff but only if it's a few hours removed from the cows. Once it separates, fresh milk tastes worse than high quality Amish homogenized milk does. However the separated cream is yummy with or without sugar or honey. Makes easy butter or ice cream, too, although yogurts and cheeses take real time. Enjoy! And be nice to Bessy, no tipping her.
Raw milk will give you no or less problems than "denatured"/heated milk.
I still have no horrible stomach ache though. With store-bought milk or anything with dairy in it I'd have it by now.
That’s because raw is always better, don’t fall for israeliteops
Raw milk.
Raw honey.
Raw-dogging b***hes.
It is a good life.
Raw chicken? Is this the final redpill?
It'll quite possibly be the final everypill if you just grab a regular chicken from the supermarket and eat it raw.
Raw milk threads are always full of shills.
My family buys 30L a week. It cured by dental cavity and I think it helps my recovery after lifting.
nothing you put into the body is a "cure". the body heals independently, and the things you put in the way of it are more or less obstructing to said process. naturally, something uncooked is going to be less obstructive; albeit, it is still lymphatically congesting garbage.
you know very little, and you will continue to know very little until you admit you know very little and sit before truth like an empty cup.
Dumbass
can u teach me one thing today
raw milk is fine if you're not lactose intolerant. I love milk and have consumed it all of my life. I decided to try raw milk because I figured it would taste better/healthy. Got it from a friend with a dairy. Well, turns out you need to drink raw milk from cows not treated with antibiotics. look for a "certified raw" source. Because if not, you might get bacteria in your gut that is antibiotic resistant and it is not fun. I was shitting water for 3 weeks 10-15x/day. Lost 15lbs. Lost all of my gains. NOT worth it.
I'm not genetically lactose intolerant, but I thought I acquired it. Now I'm wondering if I just can't handle A1 milk. What I had today and has felt fine came from Guernsey cattle, which is apparently A2.
Certified raw doesn't exist here, but it's certified organic, so the cows only receive antibiotics when absolutely necessary and the use of them is heavily restricted. For legal reasons they still have to say you have to boil before consuming. They also sell raw milk cheese at the place though, so I think the implication is that it's fine?
I didn't, ended up having a second cup before bed.
I don't really eat honey, can you redpill me on raw honey? I can barely wait to have my own cattle and maybe also beekeep.
I'm lactose intolerant and a cup doesn't hurt me, but it's probably because I forced my body to get used to it by drinking it anyway (if that's possible)
I can digest pasteurized milk just fine but I wanted to try raw. The problem is i live in a third world country so i have no idea how safe or unsafe it is. what's the worst that could happen? a stomach ache or can it be much worse?
