Raw milk comes in the same plastic gallon jugs as pasteurized where I live (Lancaster, PA). The pasteurized and raw milk both support my local farmers. Arguably the pasteurized stuff supports a lot more of the local economy since the big dairy plants are union. Where the raw milk mainly comes from the tax dodging Amish that don't spend any money in the English community.

I still drink raw milk on occasion but it's not some kind of magic cure-all like the shills make it out to be.

My local dealer has vending machines setup where you can bring your own bottles or I can get pasteurised milk from the milkman. Everything else is in plastic bottles

Yeah they tend to overlap with the carnitards that think exclusively eating ribeyes cures cancer.

If I drive into Central Market in Lancaster City I can get it in glass bottles but the local grocery stores only carry it in plastic. Even the Amish run ones.

Lol you're literally braindead. Unions are the only way that 90%+ of people have any degree of protection from getting fricked at any minute for any reason by their employer, and there's a mountain of data that proves union workers get compensated significantly better.

IME, the threat of union action vs an employer is enough for them to change working conditions or behavior 100% of the time. Without unions, bosses and owners will treat their employees like dog shit and there is no reprimand for it. The only people who are anti union are actual cucks who think Mr. Shekelberg should be able to exploit his employees and treat them like slave labor.

In a decent economy, maybe. I live in a high col state with very few job opportunities and unscrupulous managers have historically used this to exploit and mistreat people. Even with union representation, were constantly battling abuse from leadership.

              Anonymous

And are immediately replaced with someone more willing to put up with Shekelberg's shit. The point of unions is the COLLECTIVE bargaining power of the workers. You can replace one guy on pretty short notice; your entire fricking work force, not so much, especially if all the skilled laborers who could replace that work force are also all in that union. A good union will also protect workers from being unjustly fired or disciplined at the individual level.

As an unironic dairy farmer, you are flipping a coin. All it takes is one day where the cow has a high bacterial count and you will be puking blood and shitting blood for 2 weeks from a stomach ulcer.

There's a reason pasteurization is used. Tho tbh raw milk does taste awesome. I only ever drink it when I can check the cow has no cuts or issues at all, good weight etc. Most other farmers don't give a frick and will sell you poison shit.

milk is full of estrogen and the sucking machines have plastic tubes, plus its an butthole move to kill baby cows to steal the milk. cows only produce milk after pregnancy for the idiots out there, thinking they just "do".

Yup that was true about 10,000 years ago. By now, we've bred cows to produce moronic amounts of milk that a single calf couldn't possibly drink. I'm honestly surprised you never heard this. I thought this was common knowledge.
