RDLs or conventional deadlifts?

My current leg day:
- high bar back squat for quads 5x5
- rdl for hams 3x8
- bss glutes 3x8
- calve raise for calves 3x15

Would conventional deadlifts be better for hams than RDLs?

    I asked last thread.
    What is the fricking difference?
Are RDLs just half the fricking ROM of real deadlifts?

RDLs are more hamstring dominant than conventional, conventional recruits the glutes more due to the increased knee flexion.

RDLs have as much ROM as you want them to have. I do them off of a large deficit and with a wide grip, so my ROM is much greater than a normal deadlift. If you're worried about the ROM being reduced then just use those modifications.

whats the difference between highbar squats and front squats in terms of muscles worked?

Very similar, but front squats are more quad dominant, and they're stricter since you can't fold over into a good morning squat to use your posterior chain more. The thing is, they also involve the thoracic erectors much more, to the point where you can fail because of your thoracic erectors failing before your legs. Which is why I do high-bar squats first, so that my legs are already very tired going into front squats, so that my legs fail before my thoracic extension does. Works very well IMO, and you still get a good stimulus to the thoracic erectors, which is great since they're highly underdeveloped in most people. They just won't be the limiting factor anymore since leg development is the main thing I'm after.

Do you just have one le epic leg day?

You could do your 5x5 squats followed by 3x8 RDLs one day, then one another lower day do 5x5 conventional deads followed by 3x8 squat variation (front squat for example).

If you only have one "leg day" then it's over for you

conventional deadlifts are out of style sorry jannies. for me it’s romanian + sumo. you hit more muscles and get more overall volume utilizing those pulls.
