Real problem here.
I'm a simple factorie wagie with ~15k steps a day, walking to and from work every week day. Last 4 months I have been going to the gym every other day, eating clean with homemade meal prep ~2k calories (I'm originally from Europe so I know how to cook), simple food with all major nutrients and macros. Problem is my weight is NOT changing at all -- 6' with 209 lb.

What the hell is going on? Should I need to do hormonal testing or something to figure it out?

There's your problem, moron. Actually count your calories and adjust them based on MEASURED weight gain/loss. Only when that doesn't work do you gain the right to whine on IST (you won't, because it works 100% of the time)

Do you weigh your ingredients when you cook?

OP probably doesn't count the gallon of mountain dew he has before mummy tucks him in as food either

Eating too much if your goal is weight loss.

Eat less and look into fasting.

I don't drink sodas, don't have ANY fast food. I don't measure my ingredients now, but I did it last year (that didn't worked either) so I know how much is too much. I’m eating pretty repetitive stuff without being full and feeling slightly hungry after every meal intake.
With the amount of energy I burn every day I just don't believe a surplus of ~200-300 calories can make that big difference ffs.

      >i don't measure my ingredients
So in other words you have no idea how many calories you are acrually consuming? Also sounds like you may be overestimating your TDEE. Humans are extremely efficient at walking to the point that it consumes hardly any calories. If almost all of your physical activity is a comfortable walking pace then you should be calculating your TDEE with the "sedentary" option

I'm almost can't agree with you but you probably right, thanks.

This is going to sound weird, but eat more calories with higher frequency. Your body is running on empty and when you're not exercising it's ramping down hard. Eating more is going to have you moving more without thinking about it and you'll burn more. You're very active so you can metabolically afford to eat more than you think. The only other option is holocausto mode for your diet

you don't know shit about frick so stop giving advice.

i had the same issue after i had lost 40 kilo
        it wouldn't move anymore
you're supposed to take a short break, slowly go up in calories again until you are at around 3k
then after a month go cut again
you can't just diet forever it seems

You can diet forever. Your TDEE will go down but it won't go to zero. Refeeds can help your TDEE jump back up a bit but weight loss can and does stall as you stop being a fat frick and start burning less energy simply to survive

maybe that's it but working construction site and walking 15-30k steps a day whilst carrying heavy loads is getting more and more impossible at 2k calories, when your tdee should be at 3,5k at least with the work you're doing
so this is what i meant
you physically and psychologically can not do this or go lower for a long time and if there is no result you get very angry
          @op
bump up calories for a few months, then go back to dieting
don't forget that now you count calories maybe you also eat more protein and you gain muscle too

      Yeah nah stfu moron
      >I know
      You don't.

Every single time you shitheads are like
      >oh I'm not ACTUALLY counting calories but I totally know how much I eat

A kilogram of fat is 7700kcal. This figure is accurate enough for me to tune my weight loss rate to an accuracy within 200-300g per week.

Okay genius, I get your point. But this 'moron' was pretty successful with losing-gaining weight in his 20s.
I'm just afraid that this shit that is happens with me now is some kind of hitting the wall (34 y.o.).

If you work in a factory, normal calorie requirements (~2,000kcal/day) do not apply to you. That's for your average office wagie søyboy.
You probably need double that to gain weight. Picture related.

One thing you can do is to start drinking one or two milkshakes a day.

By your picture, I suspect you're from Eastern Europe, which means you probably have easy access to raw milk. You're very lucky if so.

Get like 6-8 liters of raw milk a week and consume it in milkshakes with 2-3 raw eggs each time.
Add like half an unripe banana and/or some raw, never-heated honey for flavor and enzymes.

That's how I finally managed to put on good weight after a lifetime of struggling with it. Milkshakes with raw eggs and raw milk.
They have an absurd amount of energy, good fat, and excellent quality protein. Indispensable for gaining weight.

Oh, nevermind, he probably wants to lose weight, not gain it. My bad.
