They will also die younger than the average life expectancy most likely, Ronnie is barely a senior and is beat as hell, I think Jay has and will always eat very clean, he is the kind of guy who orders plain chicken breast at a fancy restaurant while everyone else eats goyslop and drinks alcohol. He didnt even eat cake on his 50th birthday, instead he worked out a shit ton and dieted hard and got lean. Ronnie is similar although he is from the south and they eat less than healthy as well, but I think he ate pretty damn clean as well during his bodybuilding days. That’s pretty much it, Sam is extremely reckless with the gear but also the diet which is a deadly combo.
