205 1rm atm but working up. i went from 115 to 185 for reps in 6 weeks. lift about one month every 1-2 years. this is the longest i've consistently benched at least once per week.

235 for 4x5 consistently right now. Can do 3 - 4 sets of 5x5 but I always fail at the 4th or 5th set of 5x5. Should I just switch over to 245 or should I keep grinding away until I hit 5x5?

What increments do you add weight if you're doing 3x10? I'm currently doing 5x5 and able to add five pounds every time.
I like to achieve a comfy 5x5, then go for 3x10, then increase weight to 5x5 again.

I did 65 kg for 20 reps on close geip bench. My arms are 16 inches.
My bench is between 120 kg and 140.
On the incline i am between 95 kg and 100.
I think i can get really strong really fast but i dunno if it is good for gains sinceit seems to be better just focusing on volume.
