Write down everything you can think of that might be reducing your T (research the possible causes and write down the ones that might apply to you), fix half of them for a month and measure again. If it increases your T you know the problem was with one or more of those items so you halve them again and keep half of the fixes, then check T after another month. Keep going until you find which item(s) affect test. If the first test doesn't change T then you know none of those causes were relevant, so you can try the other half.
Example: >list: diet, bf%, sleep, zinc intake, overtraining, jerking off >fix: sleep, zinc, overtraining >T went up: test one of the three by itself >>T stayed up: that one was the problem >>T went down: repeat with one of the othere >T didn't go up: repeat with diet, bf% and jerking off
Yeah I actually heard if you train hard that your test levels will be lower
The people who have really high test levels naturally are really just a few lucky guys who dont actually lift weights or do anything strenuous
But consistent strenuous activity will lower test levels, but there is basically 0 noticeable difference between a natural with 250ng/dl vs a natural with 1000ng/dl
Both are in the "normal range" and wont actually have any physical difference for gains.
I've also read that the more sensitive your body is to testosterone, the less testosterone your body makes. And vice versa.
Some peoples bodies don't react strongly to testosterone so their body tries to make more to compensate. Then they get a blood test and brag how high T they are even though they are a geneticlet non responder.
I've seen a few posts on the testosterone subreddit of guys complaining that they look young for their age and are skinny, can't gain muscle, can't grow a proper beard, depressed etc and post their bloodwork with 1000+ ng/dl test levels, wondering wtf is going on.

I have lowish T and no symptoms from it. I guess it means more/more sensitive androgen receptors, might mean I'd respond more to roids but doesn't mean I need TRT.
There was a guy on reddit who had a 500lbs bench and he had his test levels checked on two occasions and it was around 300 ng/dl
That's why endocrinologists test to see if you're in range, and don't worry too much about the exact number. Of course morons fall for the trt mill meme and assume it's a israeli trick to keep them low test.
Women have 30 ng/dl, you literally have 4 times more testosterone than a woman. That's a mindbogglingly higher amount. 4 fricking times more holy shit. That's alot. How can women even compete with you, it's unfair.
That was unironically the exact same level I had. I went to a doctor who wanted to give me 50mg test per week. Instead I found a clinic that lets me do 200mg per week. I shoot itnjnto my thighs. Plus gonadarelin 50mg twice per week.
Test isn’t a blanket score you can just tell shit about
What is your E2, SHBG, Free test, cholesterol, etc? Some people have ”low” test with suber low SHBG and E2 and it expresses itself similar to a guy with 1000ng/dl but high other levels
who cares
digits and OP's wiener falls off in the night, he sprouts b***h breasts and gets a burning in his loins for IST men
Go to /lgbt/ and talk to the trannies

My test is 290 ng/dl and i get asked if im roiding at the gym
My test is 15000 ngdl and I get asked if I roid
Course not baby all natty

So how does one increase sensitivity?
It's genetic.
why are you exaggerating shit like this?
there is no noticeable difference in gains between 250-1000 nd/dL
not that guy but he's right.
I have lowish T and no symptoms from it. I guess it means more/more sensitive androgen receptors, might mean I'd respond more to roids but doesn't mean I need TRT.
Yeah, just go by how you feel. If you feel good, can build muscle, look like a man, have a good libido, then dont worry about test levels.
my test is exogenous and I get asked if Im roiding at the gym
specifically when I wear my sweatpants that have the tiny droplet of blood stain on the ass, really gets people mirin

what unit is that, homie grams per deciliter?
Roids, you fricking moron

Bend over and get fricked by a Black person.
Im 5'7 with 17 inch arms LEAN cold-flexed (cold meaning no pump) and I have test levels in the 200s
Been lifting for 15 years though, results may vary.
200ng/dlfor 5’7 is fine, it can maintain all the muscle mass you’ll ever acquire
But people who are bigger than children need a little bit more
carnivore diet plus exercise
i have underthyroidism. get checked regularly. sleep and nofap are the biggest predictors of my scores.
you go to an endocrinologist
i have like 5 to 20 ng/dL testosterone and it hasn’t really been a problem for me.
That was unironically the exact same level I had. I went to a doctor who wanted to give me 50mg test per week. Instead I found a clinic that lets me do 200mg per week. I shoot itnjnto my thighs. Plus gonadarelin 50mg twice per week.
Transition. Post pics bent over.
