"Bulking" is a meme. There is no reason for anyone to be trying to gain weight unless they're underweight, which you would only have to slightly increase your calorie intake. Other than that, eating more than you should is gluttony, AKA a sin. Not to mention some lardasses and skinnyfats are "b*lking" as an excuse to eat more.
Do not bulk.
I struggle to eat 300kcal per day over maintenance and these bulking recipes help me reach that number.

Anyway this is a solved problem. At 7am, I just gulp down a 900 kcal shake in 10 seconds, which I also use to help me swallow all of my other supplements.
THE bulking shake:
900kcal, 58g protein
- 350mL whole milk
- 75g natural peanut butter
- 40g spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 scoop creatine
I’m not underweight, I’m 8lbs away from reaching overweight according to a BMI chart.
The difference is it that I’m at 14% bodyfat and will be cutting again in eight weeks.
Get yourself a 1L protein shaker
Put a 500ml tub of Ben and Jerries in that b***h
Add 3 scoops protein powder
Fill with whole milk
Shake until consistent
Enjoy

me too but i recently made homemade baked beans and it was much better. takes nearly five hours though
