Burritos. You can make a weeks worth in about 30-40 minutes that have macros like 350 cals 30g protein 26g carbs 12g fat. Can be great for cutting or bulking with macros like that.
Gnocchi. Make gnocchi or buy it premade if you’re lazy, mix with shredded or chopped up chicken breast basically potatoes and chicken. You can cook gnocchi in an air fryer and it will come out crispy.

it's so hard to find gnocci without emulsifiers which kill your gut biom. Otherwise I agree, it's great

Yeah, I have to dig out my nonnas old recipe books and make a massive batch for myself. I wonder how long it stores for. If I could make a months worth at a time so that I’m eating it 3-4 times a week, I would just make one huge batch, set the raw gnocchi aside in the fridge/freezer until I’m ready to use it. It’s pretty filling to me

This, with scrambled eggs, ham, black beans, and other ingredients, burritos can be good.
Another good meal I eat is a salad with spinach, eggs, cucumbers, chickpeas, tomatoes, and grilled chicken. It's fairly low on calories, though.

I can't believe there was a time when I ate like this. Fortunately nipped it in the bud before things got out of control. I was 40 lbs overweight and lost it years ago. The good news is my appetite did decrease a lot once I stopped eating junk. I was afraid I was going to be constantly hungry for the rest of my life.

    Rice, beans, pork shoulder.

Buy yourself a $20 corded probe meat thermometer that you can leave inside pork shoulder until it hits 203F and enjoy protein for less than $1/lb.

    >microwave-ready meals
Boy have I got one for you
    >potatoes: wash 'em, chop 'em up, put 'em in a microwave-safe bowl
    >lemon pepper seasoning: sprinkle that shit on, maybe a teaspoon total if that
Mix it up, cover it with a paper plate, microwave it for 5 and a half minutes (6 for nonstandard potatoes like whites, reds, etc.), then mix it up again and microwave it for 5 and a half minutes again. If you have the patience to order food, you have the patience to wait for microwave potatoes.
    >filling
    >highly nutritious, many parts of the world live on them
    >goes with everything
    >cheap
    >easy
    Enjoy!
