>Only non-whites can't digest milk.
Raw milk is very popular in India even though s-o-y-ience claims almost all of us are lactose intolerant. I have literally never met anyone here lactose intolerant except for one.
it certainly is a risk but so is getting in your car everyday
"About 142,000 people in the United States are infected each year with Salmonella Enteritidis specifically from chicken eggs, and about 30 die."
"More than 32,000 people die every year in car accidents."
while it would certainly suck, and is definitely possible to get sick from raw milk if you're going to a store and buying it rather than straight from the source, you're paying a premium for product that has been inspected and found to be safe. (I am aware that this doesn't negate the risk entirely)
you're probably right, and that is your choice for your body I'm okay with the risks involved and feel better drinking raw kefir/milk since they are both a consistent part of my diet
And that's totally fine, too. I just find the "shilling" to be kind of annoying. We have goats and I'll occasionally drink some of their milk raw, but overall we pasteurize it before use

aaaaaaaahhhHHHHhhhhh, what a cuck!
Data from my Southern European country: >15 cases of contamination in 12 years >None from raw milk >All of them caused by street vendors selling spoiled cheese
Welp. I've been consuming raw dairy products all my life. Never had a problem with it
been drinking 8-12flOz of kefir a day for a month now, trying to go 90 straight days.
hard to say I notice its effects but I've also made other changes in my diet/lifestyle recently.
if you get store bought kefir, go for something with active cultures including L. Reuteri ( if you're not going raw go with reintroduced bacterias AFTER pasturization[still not as good as raw])
There is. On top of being tampered with in ways not usually disclosed, it lacks the vitamins, bacteria and enzymes that make raw milk nutritious and easily digested.
its fine... but pasteurization does alter the milk's nutritional content and effect the end result when we are digesting it.
heating milk damages the proteins and healthy bacteria's found in raw milk
that being sad drinking raw milk comes with draw backs namely being at risk to whatever the condition of the cows producing it.
Pasteurised milk doesn't have live bacteria which is a huge problem considering how most of us don't eat anything with live bacteria, and doctors keep prescribing more and more antibiotics.
>just found out that pasteurization means heating up milk >mom boils the raw milk to preserve it further
Do I really lose the gains if I don't drink it on the spot? Is boiling different from pasteurization?
Your mom also wants me to drink (her) raw milk.
>Your mom
Stop watching porn
gotem
Disgusting
Vegan gay subhuman.
Only non-whites can't digest milk.
>Only non-whites can't digest milk
I can drink milk. I drank 2 gallons a week as a teenager.
You can also drink paint
what nutrients does it contain? raw milk contains all nutrients needed for life
>UR A VeGAn
Both vegans and ketomorons are subhumans. I enjoy all types of foods.
Funny you automatically assume that everyone who sees you for what you are is another mentally ill cultist. Fuck both of you.

Lactose is not the culprit; pasteurization and A1 milk are industrial abominations. Human milk is A2.
Do it if you tolerate it. Make it A2 and fermented, if you want to maximize benefits.
It's not about whether or not you "tolerate" it. It's about there being a chance that your milk is contaminated and you get sick

I imagine that number would be higher if everyone drank raw milk though. Personally, I just don't think the minor benefits outweigh the risks

Imagine having a garbage immune system.
Raw milk makes you gay. There have been studies.
Being gay just real it's just a mental illness
*isnt real
Your mother is based, if you can't tolerate it, ferment it and make a kefir or something like that. Watch you gains skyrocket

the idea is to improve the bacterial communities already living in your gut, not contaminate them with foreign strains you uncultured monkey
Raw milk is an actual superfood, unlike some chia seed bullshit

Boiling heats it more than pasteurization does, which is obviously worse. Why even bother getting raw milk if you biil it? thats retarded
So how do I store it? Just place the pot in the fridge until I finish it...?
You can. Alternatively you leave it out and it makes natural kefir
I don't always boil my raw milk, but when I do, I'm a retard.
does raw milk have more saturated fat?
I prefer my milk al dente.
