Don't eat enriched flour from America if you're Nordic. The form of vitamins they put in it, artificial forms, are toxic to northern Europeans. You'll die of deep vein thrombosis when your elderly after years of being bedridden.
Make sure the Vitamins you take are natural forms only, nothing man made.
Vitamin k so you don't die of heart disease or stroke.
Take Zinc but do NOT take iron if you're male.
Eat grass fed beef liver regularly.
Vit D if your depressed and lethargic all the time.
Magnesium if you have mental health issues. 95% of nut jobs would be normal if they take high doses of Magnesium everyday.
There are many others but I can't be arsed to post them.
The main one is folate which is a B vitamin. Folic acid, the artificial form of folate, is toxic and will most likely cause deep vein thrombosis if you're Nordic. It's still a crap shoot because of genetics, but it's best not to risk it. The effects won't show until your old, and by that time the damage is done with no recourse.
Use the internet to see if the vitamin you want to take is an artificial form or not. Sometimes it's hard to tell because companies are very israeli about it. Artificial forms are much cheaper.
Avoid all enriched food.
Most of then are fake Chinese drywall powder. You have to find a good source of what you buy and be sure they aren't changing the formula. I used to trust NOW products but once got a tub of flour and salt instead if whey. Got poisoned badly by Costco vitamin D and couldn't get my dick hard. It's honestly more of a risk to take them than a benefit, because each new thing you take is a risk for a counterfeit supplement or something downright dangerous to your body. Eating nutrient rich food is safer.
You will piss most of the vitamins out at best, and get kidney damage at worst. Just eat whole foods, lots of red meat and fish, and learn how to cook.
Abram Hoffer, who had been treating schizophrenia and senile dementia with niacin, accidentally discovered that it cured his bleeding gums. That led to its use to treat heart disease.
The "orthomolecular" ideas of Hoffer and Linus Pauling were developed in a context of biochemistry governed by genetics, molecular biology, in which the goal was to provide a chemical that was lacking because of a genetic defect in metabolism. Their idea of using nutrients as drugs has led to many unphysiological practices, in which an isolated nutrient is supposed to have a drug-like action, and if in isolation it doesn't act like a drug, then it should be used only according to the normal genetically determined nutritional requirement.
But in reality, nutritional requirements are strongly influenced by history and present circumstances. For example, when corneal mitochondria have been damaged by riboflavin deficiency, they have been found to subsequently require more than the normal amount of the vitamin to function properly. And the presence of a certain amount of one nutrient often increases or decreases the amount of other nutrients needed.
When the interactions among energy expenditure and energy production, and cellular activation and cellular inhibition, are taken into account, then it's clear that any particular problem is likely to have many causes and many factors that could contribute to a cure.

Steak, eggs, and sweet potatoes with grass fed butter are really all you need. Salt, pepper, and rosemary seasoning to taste. Rosemary helps me with memory
i take supplement to increase semen volume. i dont have any particular problem or insecurities, i just like the idea of blasting my wife with the biggest load i can manage to get. Here is what i take:
zinc, arginine, maca, ginseng, lecithin (sunflower), horny goat weed, tribulus, tongkat ali, fish oil, ashwaganda and multivitamins. i do not always take these but when i know there will be some serious action, i go all in. i also do cardio and weight lifting, eat as healthy as possible and most important is to drink a lot of water. i do kegel and pelvic floor exercices. most of my lifestyle is motivated by getting the biggest load as possible. and it seems to work well
thanks, if you think about it the only way to improve semen volume is to get healthier. i was eating like shit, playing video games all day and smoking (not a lot but still 1-2 cig a day). when i decided that my goal was to blast my wife with some biblical flood, I had to make major changes in my lifestyle. right now i am way better than i was 7 years ago, just by being motivated on improving semen volume
Test and sarms, cause shutdown. They directly supplement your T levels and your body will downregulate its natural T production. >inb4 cycle and low dose and blah blah blah
None of those tricks will make it worth it, unless you plan to be on either for the rest of your life, or are a professional making money directly from their effects.
Having 1000+ T levels is cool, but really what most people want is above average T. Levels of 500-900 range. For most normal people a little clomid is all theyll need. DHEA will help some sides.
I know you asked about peptides specifically, theyre basically vitamins (amino acid chains) you have to inject because most cant bypass the liver intenstines. There are some synthetic ones that can be taken orally, and they are marketed as SARMS but they're actually synthetic peptides (ones not naturally found). Theres a ton of them, most do nothing imo, but many are prescribed for real shit (semiglutide, Sermorelin, etc) theyre all over priced imo, but if you can afford them, peptide + clomid will make you 20 again. Also biotin is highly under rated for skin youthful appearance.
Lol, no it definitely raises T. Atleast for most normal healthy individuals. It wont do anything if you dont have balls or your too old for ball stims to have any effect or basically something is wrong with your balls. For men (people with testicles) clomid is like teste stims. It blocks a specific estrogen receptors, meaning it doesnt even technically decrease estrogen, it just decreases a specific receptor for it. This causes the body to naturally make more LH. LH in men increases sperm, and testicle production, which results in increased T. Best part is it increasing it only with in a natural healthy range. It has some sides, most youll get over after a few months of use, but you may have swollen feet and chest muscle tightness. Basically pregnant woman like symptoms.
Maybe I'll include some with my next mk677 purchase. I'm convinced SARMs don't do shit tbh

Are you even doing blood work to know that? sarms definitely raised my T levels, but it was honestly the same as clomid. Clomid being better as it not having to worry about suppression/gyno/long term use. Though the only studies ive read for long term clomid use have been 1 year, its safer imo then basically untested steriods (sarms)
Ostatine
Tamoxifen (for gyno)
MK667
L Theanine
L Tyrosine
Caffeine
Idk if its healthy but it's my daily
And maybe a few beers thrown in there
Why are you asking me about clomid if you take tamoxifen? It has similar effects, but tamox is better for test cycles while clomid is safer for long term use with less sides. Also clomid doesnt really do much for gyno, it just doesnt cause any

You mention a peptide here. Its a synthetic one. It has a lot of pros (oral+effective hgh increase), but they are outweighed greatly by its sides of sleepiness and hunger. Try injecting Sermorelin instead. Better hgh increase and like no side effects. Peptides in general have an incredibly safe profile, because they are basically vitamins.
The importance of copper (only bio-available in food. High copper foods are shellfish, squid, crustaceans, snails - all will give you 2x+ the RDA in small servings).
Donate blood - the SAD is heavily fortified with iron and the only way to remove it is blood sports or regular donations.
You can't get a good diet in British local stores. All your produce is less nutritious than shit. Probably pop the pills or buy food at the polski skleps.
boron/borax. same shit. boil water, 1/4 teaspoon in a 32 oz water bottle throughout the day. great for bones ,hormones and test and others. 4-5 days out the week.
lipsosal vit c, no made in chink shit.
zinc+copper+seluium.
magnesium chloride.
nac+glutathione immunity and anti aging.

It depends on your diet (you most likely miss something)
I've tried a few supplements on a few weeks, off a few weeks to see if I can tell a difference in the way I feel
only one I can say for certain actually does something is zinc, I have a few others I'd throw in the maybe pile, and a lot I can't tell if they do anything
just eat flinestones gummies, i've been doing that for 38 years with no issues
>he doesn't get the chews
That's why your jaw hurts from chewing popcorn.
I know people here are gonna scoff at this but I eat a healthy diet and it's almost impossible to get everything you need that way.
whats impossible
according to what standard? Random made up one size fits all numbers from some corrupt government organization?
I take a multivitamin mainly of ashwagandha, zinc, chromium, b vitamins, and other smaller things. I think it does pretty well.
Don’t take ashwagandha for more than a month at a time. Do 1 month on 2 months off. Your boners will get stronger and your loads much bigger.

I will add the Prenatal vitamin are usually much safer than ones marketed for adults.
Only women, and not trans women, need to take prenatal vitamins
>vitamin k and k2

Eat imported cheeses

Vitamin d3/k and zinc the rest should come from food
Eat meat and vegetables. Snack on fruit. Supplement with whey and fiber. Inject CJC-1295 peptidez Take a daily clomid 25mg. DHEA 100mg and vit d.
>peptides
You're not the first people to shill that shit here. Unless that was you
Why not just take test, or SARMs if you're a pussy like me
