Why would you want to replace milk?
I've been listening to IST and they say dairy causes acne. So I'm testing this theory.

It doesnt,I had real acne, I have 0 acne now and Im dairy maxed on the daily hell almost on the hourly and I was pizzafaced in my teens when I almost didnt take any dairy.
