        8 hours of not eating is not fasting. I’m not being an elitist here.
        When you’re in a fasted state your body work’s differently. 8 hours of not eating is not enough time to put your body in this mode.

    3 square meals a day is a meme from a time when people did manual labor for work. For many goyslop addicts eating a small meal will just make them hungrier than if they didn't eat anything at all. Ketosis from longer fasting periods also suppresses the appetite in many people. This all just makes reducing your caloric intake easier.

    I just naturally eat this way and nothing special happened to me. I don't get how people have the time to eat 6 meals a day instead of just one big one. It's too neurotic for me to give a shit about.

      I naturally eat two meals a day if I don't leave the house for the day lol. Maintaining my bulked weight is difficult and I end up losing weight without doing much anyway

    I eat OMAD which is baby's first fast. It has had profound impact on my body over the course of time.

    I am low body fat with visible abs all year round. For a majority of my life, this seemed impossible.

    It helps to stave of the hunger. But I have noticed that after prolonged periods (like 20 hours/OMAD) of not eating, the ravenous appetite will be toggled. Subsequently, Ill eat the veggies, the meat, and then, follow up with some sweets, and even some more sweets. And I still will be hungry. Overall it works, but Im unable to "win" with the hunger. IF makes me less stable, I cannot manage my cravings.

    I have legit lost 50 pounds doing intermittent fasting with daily exercise and a low carb diet.

    I mostly do it to keep my fasting insulin and glucose levels down.

    Having low insulin levels allows your body to burn fat more often, you cannot burn stored body fat when there is insulin present in your blood stream.

    intermittent fasting helps to increase insulin sensitivity thus making your body use less of it when you eat carbohydrates.

    You feel less hungry than if you just eat restricted, when you dont eat.

    Also you have less time to eat, so you tend to eat less.
