    > Redpill time, my friend!
    > Liver, the unsung hero of the meat world
    > It's like the secret agent of nutrition, packed with vitamins and minerals
    > But beware, it's like a love-hate relationship with your taste buds
    > One bite, you're like "Hmm, not bad," and then you're like "Wait, what did I just eat?"
    > It's like your taste buds go on an adventure, and they're not sure if it's a good one
    > But hey, remember Popeye and his spinach? Liver is like that for bodybuilders!
    > The ultimate gains food, the key to unlocking your inner Hulk!
    > Just make sure not to overdose, or you might end up with superpowers you didn't ask for
    > So, redpill verdict: Liver, the superfood that's safe to eat, but maybe not on a first date!

It's good. High calories due to fat and glycogen stores, obviously not able to be eaten on meme diets but it's very high in iron.

A bowl of Cheerios has more iron. No clue how anyone in a first world country could be iron deficient without having some massive eating disorder.

Plenty of supplements that frick iron retention, and caffeine with a meal cucks like half the iron absorption

You know what the liver does right? Its where all the waste from the body ends up... You're eating the body's garbage can.
It's a meme pushed by liver king who is a roided manlet. It never had anything to do with liver...

it's not, liver is filter, you don't want to eat filter, it's full of toxic stuff that deposits in the body

You are a dumb Black person

In moderation. Beef liver especially has very high amounts of copper which can interfere with zinc absorption among other things

I like to turn it into pate so I can eat it faster and has better taste with the carrots.

All organ meat is good for you. There's really not much too explain. Eating muscle meat exclusively is another way the Western diet has degenerated.

People have been eating it for far longer than he has. He was doing it to sell his supplements, not really that hard to figure out.

It's basically the metabolic/energy center of the body, actually. Not only does it detoxify the body it also is in charge of fat storage, cholesterol shuttling and glucose metabolism.

People have been eating liver longer than recorded history had existed. It was always a desirable food for health reasons. Your great grandparents ate liver regularly. Good nutritionists have recommended it for decades to help eliminate functional nutritional deficiencies for decades.

Liver King is just a grifter who wanted to play off the masculinity crisis within the zoomer generation to sell supplements by claiming testes (which contain 0g of testosterone) make you big and liver (which is just a dense nutrition source; 0g testosterone) makes you big while LARPing as some stereotypical pseudo-masculine activities on camera and only had to admit he was roiding when his email was leaked where he was taking 1200mg or something like that of test per day.

Liver makes a pretty good choice for a japanese gyudon. The flavoured sauce you simmer it in imparts a strong flavour especially if you add sake which also cuts that metallic taste.

I haven't heard of Gyudon before but I have some miso paste leftover from earlier experiments with chankonabe, so I'll give it a shot. Thank you anon,

Liver is nature's multivitamin. Just make sure you get it from healthy animals that are fed their natural diet. Toxic animals produce toxic organs.

Man I don't get why everyone hates liver so much. I love its taste, and I especially love its unique texture. It's legitimately better than most forms of pork.

Frick you all, I'm going to buy some liver later.
