Won’t this make you black? Why would someone want that

I take it nightly but I only take 300 mcg
That's the scientifically proven dose. No reason to go higher than that. Good sleeps.
has 2 effects
>taking melatonin just before sleep to help fall asleep
>taking melatonin during the day to adjust sleep cycles
less commonly known, but way more effective. basically if you're staying up too late and want to "pull" your sleep cycle earlier you should take it in the early evening, and if you're getting tired too early, you should take it immediately after waking
melatonin is amazing for this, and this works way better than effect #1. if you're traveling internationally, you can also do this the week early to help with jetlag
note: is absolutely correct in the dosage. you probably shouldn't be taking more of that regularly (especially for effect #2) otherwise it will completely overpower any effect of your body's natural melatonin
what this anon said
melatonin is sold as an all natural herbal remedy but it's literally a hormone and taking it regularly will mess with your natural production
No, it doesn't shut down your production. This is a common misconception because of trt. Even HGH doesn't create a negative feedback (injected). It adds to whatever is already being produced. Afaik this principle is only true about exogenous test suppression
Does melatonin help you fall asleep or can it actually help you stay asleep? I waking up every 2 hrs
>the same dose works for everyone on Earth, regardless of age, weight, sex, race, health, etc.
I take 400mg tryptophan and magnesium. I sleep like a baby.
Why the magnesium? Interesting tho
Because he saw a TikTok about it. It doesn't actually do anything except make you need to take a shit.
If you've ever had a migraine you know magnesium isn't placebo
magnesium is known to be extremely calming. get magnesium bisglycinate.
thoughts on threonate?
I don't know much about it. I think it's extremely expensive.
1000mgofl-theanintofallasleepbros WW@?
is 10mg too much?
I've been taking 20mgs a night for months now and I'm sleeping better than I have in years
>why do millions of people take it?
sleepciety is collapsing
can't even get this in my country anymore without a prescription, i hate the government
SHEEPLE WANNA SLEEP
It can help on those nights you cant sleep but if you take it everyday you build a tolerance and it becomes useless.
I took for a week to adjust my sleep
it worked
never took ot again as I don't need it anymore
I got a bottle of those melatonin gummies. They tasted so good I ate the whole bottle at once. No effect on sleep though. So its marketing BS
I can fall asleep fine but always wake up after one REM cycle (after like four hours) and can rarely fall back asleep. It's interfering with life. Is melatonin the way the go? I just want something that helps me to stay asleep. I've tried all the things like temp control, relaxing before bed, no water/food etc but it doesn't work
I have a 0,21mg pills i already took two and cant sleep
bros help?
Its a hormone that already exists in your body. It does work as in you make melatonine to sleep and adding some helps most people go to sleep easier. More so you body treats it like a signal so popping these usually helps you go to sleep quickly.
Down sides. Its a hormone and when you add hormones to your body in order to balance shit your body makes less so your body wont make as much if any melatonin on its own. This may have a negative effect on the pineal glad which makes the hormone not sure. This also means its habit forming as when you stop taking it your body will take awhile to balance out and you will have trouble sleeping during that time.
