>redpill me on milk, daddy
What's up with all the Youtube "doctors" saying milk is bad for you and shit? Is this literal söyboy propaganda or is milk going the way of sneed oil?

milk turns a calf into a bull.
So milk promotes rapid cell growth and division? You know, I think we have a word to describe when that happens to a full-grown adult...
IGF-1 growth factors for gains
Its called cancer.
Milk is good if it is raw. High in protein ,good fat, has NAD precursors, calcium, quality bacteria, vitamins, etc. Has some carbs, but these are not that bad especially since milk itself tends to increase metabolism and lower blood sugar. If it is pasteurized, boiled, or heated in any way, don't bother because that shit is poison.
Bro I drink a lot of whole milk. What makes raw better? Less added bullshit?
>Less added bullshit
Read the ingredients, they only add vitamin A and D. These morons think raw is better because of muh enzymes and muh bucturia. Ironically people will seethe at the "added bullshit" but happily go to the pharmaisraelite to buy vitamin A and D supps. I don't know how hormone regulations are where you're from though, maybe raw implies they pumped less stuff into the cow. Here where I live it's the "raw organic" milk that is unregulated so that's the cow that most likely has stuff.
>they only add vitamin A and D
whole doesn't have A and D added, it's only added on low fat ones i think
I've been having pretty bad gut inflammation for a few months and was able narrow the cause to costco UHT milk. I guess they started giving cows the mRNA vax?
I believe it's an FDA requirement that pasteurized mill ALL have vitamin D as lanolin (sheep sebum) added. Why it's required is kind of suspicious to be honest.
Its in all milk in all varieties. It was put there to cure rickets
Vitamin A can be dangerous in excess. Only imbiciles take d3 without k2mk7 and magnesium. I wouldn't be surprised if they add d2 as it's cheaper instead of d3.
Yea, people buy supplements, but it's a moronic idea to add low quality supps in food.
And yes, milk bacteria is insanely good for you. Educate yourself on microbiome, you donkey. Besides, a shit ton of enzimes are destroyed during pasteurization.
On top of that, despite raw milk being largely unregulated and not pasteurized, you are more likely to be poisoned by pasteurized milk, rather than by raw milk. Like thousands times more likely. Raw milk has natural antibiotics that kill all the bad bacteria.
>High in protein ,good fat, has NAD precursors, calcium, quality bacteria, vitamins, etc. Has some carb
>High in protein
>Has some carb
You're either going to be extremely disappointed, feel like an absolute baffoon, angry at yourself for being a moron or shocked in disbelief the moment you actually look up the macros in milk lmao. It's always the one's that say carbs are bad that are absolutely clueless about nutrition, just funny lol. Thanks for the post man made me laugh
You sound dumb
>What makes raw better
Vitamins aren't destroyed, proteins aren't destroyed, fats aren't oxidized, isn't carcinogenic, etc.
>raw milk
Have fun with E. Coli
Milk is great
Skim milk is gay
>milk is estrogenic meme= like 25ng of estrogen compared to like 15+k your body produces naturally daily
My father drank 1L of Milk every day when he was in his 20s and he was shredded (still is). Not related but he was immigrantmaxxing. Learning the language, being broke, speedrunning education all while having a wife and two kids. I wish I had 2% of that work ethic. So shoutout to my fellow immigrants
Long term study in sweden has shown that the more dairy fat people consume, especially in fermented forms like yogurt, cheese, kefir, etc., the lower the mortality from all causes.
The science has spoken. It's settled.
i have no idea if milk its good or bad but I unironically thought the whole "adults drinking milk" was americans baiting
