Currently drinking the pulp person. This is a photo from israelitegle

It has more sugar than a coke, so I guess ask yourself the following:
      >If I added a tea spoon of sugar to a coke along with a vitamin C tablet, would it be healthy?

just look at the label you dumbass, its obviously bad

But natural sugar from fruit is not the same as sugar no?

Senor, it's not the fruit sugar. It's added sugar.

Whole bottle contains nearly 200g of sugar and you morons think it's healthy because it came from a plant, completely ignoring the fact that all dietary sugar ever comes from fricking plants. They get it from literal beets in Europe.

if sugar is unhealthy then oxygen is. Without it your body activates every emergency system to synthesize it. Good sugar intake is 500g a day.

It pretty clearly says WITH BANANA on the label, you can easily get it with just OJ.

Fructose is worse for you than sucrose and sucrose is from a fricking plant too.

Peaty; boosts metabolism. Won't make you fat unless you are overconsuming calories (boosting metabolism is not a get out of jail free card). Drink it when you eat protein.

      Yes.

pretty sure the slop sold at the supermarkets isn't peaty

Not ideal but better than nothing. If you are gonna buy store bough OJ check out this guide to avoid flavor packs, enzymes and BPA:
          https://www.toxinless.com/orange-juice

Of course if you have the time and money, buying your own oranges and juicing them would be ideal in a perfect world..

just eat an orange you fricking dumbass. It's solid, takes time to unpeel and eat so your impulse-control-lacking manchild ass can pace yourself, and it has roughage and volume that makes you feel full. Also maybe I have to explain this to you but it tastes just like orange juice

It is tedious but I've found if you remove the wall membrane from the segments it makes them 10× better even if you lose alot of the fiber or whatever.

It's not that tedious really, it's just in the modern world we're conditioned to do everything as quickly as possible. We also couldn't live on the amount of calories that are in raw and wild fruit like our ancestors ate - we'd all be super thin and unable to pack on the pounds needed for either heavy lifting or heavy degeneracy. People who only eat raw fruit long term get down to such a low rate it's scarcely believable.

I drink glass of it with creatine and cca 20g of collagen every evening. Skin is amazing and I’m never sick. I only get directly pressed juice, no concentrate shit. I used to press it myself, but I can’t bother anymore.

It's a lot of sugar, but the vitamin c is good enough for you. You'll just have to do more cardio if you drink a whole bottle a day of it, a glass or two a day isn't the worst thing you could be drinking.

Have a glass a day. That’s it. Don’t go crazy on it and it’s fine to good for you. Drink it all day long and you’ll be drinking too many calories.

If sweet without pulp it's probably the healthiest thing you could drink. Naringenin, sugar, anti-endotoxemic. Miracle drink, disregard anti-sugar-tards sperging above, they've never read a page out of a physiology text-book.

    Fructose will frick you up.
An excess of it is much more likely to be stored as visceral fat than are other sugars.
