if it was bad for you they would force you to drink it
the shit’s actually illegal to buy where I live
Since you yet again have posted here, it's easier to digest and supposedly that means if you are "lactose intolerant" you may not have trouble with this. It's also hecka expensive tho.
>raw dairy
>expensive
Not if you buy it directly from the farmer, which you should be doing anyway if you're not a corporativist cuck.
>anarcho-syndicalist mumbo jumbo
no one cares, it's out of scope for this board
Just find a cow and suck it straight from the breasts right mate?
I mean why not
You should get it straight from the tap, not buy it in a store. Make sure it's A2, not A1. Milk from Jersey or Guernsey cows also has 18% more protein and more vitamins and minerals.
I pay $4/gallon
In Utah? Where? I'd buy it for 4 a gallon, considering it's hardly more expensive than the store bought pasteurized.
Nope, Europe and a 10 minute drive away from me. I just converted it to burger units, since most people here are burgers. It's actually cheaper than the milk I could get in supermarkets around here.
Only place I'd seen it is one of those upscale health food stores. Does the farmer have an outlet of some sort?
You’re some kind of orthorexia dark soul boss I swear to god
>It's also hecka expensive tho.
it literally is not. If you buy pasteurized milk from the supermarket you also pay for the processing, transport, wages of the workers, shareholders profit, etc. If you buy raw milk from the farmer you just pay for the milk and the farmer. 20% cheaper where I live
you're going to get cholera idiot
the milk at the store has the same amount of protein
just drink UHT milk then if protein is all that matters lol
>muh protein
>ignores everything else
DYEL NGMI
Raw milk is based and better in literally every way than pasteurized milk. More intact and absorbable nutrients, enzymes and good bacteria still intact/alive, less irritating to the gut, less likely to cause issues in lactose intolerant drinkers, tastes leagues better. Get A2 if you can. Also make your own kefir from raw milk if you can't digest it. Raw milk kefir is delicious.
Found the pasteurized dairy industry shill
>NOOO YOU'RE GONNA GET SALMONELLA FROM EATING RAW EGGS
>NOOO YOU'LL GET FOOD POISONING FROM RAW FISH
>NOOOOOOO YOU'LL GET CHOLERA FROM RAW MILK
So fricking tired of you weak ass first world fricking fannies. I'll eat raw fish sushi, raw eggs with my rice, occasionally raw bacon too. I grew up drinking raw milk. NEVER got a disease from them and am healthier than 99% of firsties. Seriously you people need to step it the frick up. Live a little, do risky shit and you'll discover your tougher than you think. OR you're too weak to be allowed to live and burden the people around you.
If I had a basedjak on this machine I would have posted it.
Where are you from?
Doesn't matter. I've been living in the UK for a decade and it's constantly disappointing how spooked normies are about these things. Wild mushrooms is another thing - Anglos especially are pathetically spooked by mushrooms. Don't get me wrong, I'm not angry at them as much as I'm angry FOR them, because
Overreliance on the conveniences of technology is what's making our species weaker. We are taking the environmental pressures we have evolved under out of our lives and it's wreaking havoc on us and especially our future.

you're just a b***h
i ate only raw meat/fat for a month got full testing before and after no parasites/diseases, anything.
was eating raw chicken, pork, eggs, bacon, suet, kefir and even chicken bones
just threw it all in the meat grinder and ate the paste
ywnbaw
Homosexual milk. I personal drink it nonstop to become a troon.
Psyop to give health freaks food poisoning
Been drinking raw milk kefir every day for over a year, still haven't gotten any food poisoning from it, moron
It tastes sweeter despite have the same amount of carbs and sugar as regular milk.
Since it’s nonhomogenized, shake it. Mix with your coffee.
>if you mix it with raw eggs, maple syrup, and cacao powder you get anabolic chocolate milk.
tastes good but made me kinda fevery. Also was $17 for a gallon
>he fricking paid $17 to get sick off of milk
raw milk has been becoming reddit like bacon and hot sauce
>$17 for a gallon
You buy it from Sprouts too anon?
It will reserve homosexuality
grass-fed raw milk taste like green tea milk, it’s yummy. the more yummy the milk the better the cows diet and the better it is for you
Nature's best.
Just make hard, long-aged cheese with it. Any other raw dairy product is too prone to make you react negatively to it.
It's good for you if you're White.
If it wasn't good they wouldn't try so hard to prevent you from getting it.
cheers
RED PILL ME ON THIS moron WHO IS THIS
the guy who inspired Sv3rige to become raw carnivore
This
His name is Aajonus Vonderplanitz. He promoted a raw meat diet with vegetable juices and supported raw dairy and honey consumption.
Based Aajonus Posters BTFO modern morons. Personally I'm going for the real natty gains ie. Pic related
My christcuck cousin's daughter had a "business" selling milk for years. It took me years to figure out it was so successful because of this dumb raw milk shit.
They had no business keeping livestock much less selling raw milk. So many of the cows would randomly die of some crazy infection or disease. He literally kept like 5 dead ones in his garage he was trying to figure out how to butcher and not lose all that meat for weeks.
Filthy rich though so it balances outm
99.99% of the time if ~~*they*~~ have banned or restricted something in some way you know it's actually good for you

I agree with the other things but how are minerals destroyed with heating?
Because they are not in elemental form, they are chelates which are susceptible to heat/oxdiation.

Doesn't it only last like 2 days before it get's spoiled (even with refrigeration)?
It lasts like a week. Just get it fresh and don't buy more than you need.
usually lasts me easily a week
shelf life is an extended ultrapasteurization meme
The same bacteria that is in yogurt is in raw milk, you could make your own "raw milk" by just fermenting yogurt culture in milk for about three or four hours before it starts turning creamy. This is what I I do because I don't feel like driving to a farmer and paying $5 for a gallon of milk.
Need it to make mozzarella for my caprese salad
It is more accurate to call it unpasteurised milk. As to whether you should consume it - really that is down to how much you trust the source. Pasteurised milk ensures lapses in hygiene at dairy farms are not passed to the consumer. Also consider the type of person who would aspire to sell unpasteurised milk - more often than not they have even worse hygiene practices than the farmers who pasteurise
You're a moron that knows nothing about how dairy farms operate. Dairies that pasteurize are disgusting as they have no reason to keep the udder clean since pasteurization is going to kill everything. Raw milk producers are required by law to be extremely hygienic.
pasteurization was started due to the rapid industrialization and urbanization that made dairy farms so filthy that milk started to make people sick, people exclusively drank unpasteurized milk up until like the 1850s
Not worth it in my opinion. UHT is the equivalent of gtseming your veggies. All the good shit stays intact.
It's better for you, shorter shelf life though. if you can afford it then get it but if you tolerate regular milk then it's probably fine to just stick with that.
the sale of raw milk is illegal in most western countries, including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and more
google the man who pioneered milk pasteurisation in the USA and pushed to prohibit the consumption of raw milk. specifically his ethnic and political backround.
this should tell you everything you need to know.
its kind of an anglosphere thing, but you can usually get it pretty easily in the US if you live near farms, amish ones specifically, there are loopholes for it
>google the man who pioneered milk pasteurisation in the USA and pushed to prohibit the consumption of raw milk
why don't you just type it yourself since you know it already
the guy who invented pasteurization was a doubly-based catholic frenchman, poster would like you disregard him, hate his ~~*strawman*~~ and drink raw milk until you get bovine TB and cough your lungs out so he can blame it on the vaccines
Begone dairy shill. Pasteurization is a relic of early industrial farming practices which led to sick cows, which led to toxic milk. Modern laws regarding raw dairy are overly strict almost to the point of absurdity. We drank raw milk for thousands of years with no issues prior to industrialization.
>We drank raw milk for thousands of years with no issues prior to industrialization.
Or it killed people and everyone gathered around and said "huh I wonder what made that guy die" because it was the 1400's and they didn't know what germs were and they just called every disease the plague or the consumption.
except that didn't happen
>Let's just make up complete lies about history and use them to justify our poor dietary choices
Ok, bud
>begone dairy shill
>shills the dairy shill
gee, if raw milk becomes legalized, I wonder whether it will be cheaper or more expensive than regular milk
The dairy industry is 99% pasteurized, moron. I'm not shilling for anything except your optimal health. You can choose to listen to me or you can continue covering your ears and saying "LA LA LA" like a dumb ape.

on the other hand there is evidence that people who are drawn to the talmud are inherently israeli, psychologically even if not ethnically. maybe you should go to a synagog and take israelite lessons
Sounds like projection.
Also you speak like a minority, mind posting foreskin?
Not him but noticing patterns is bad to you apparently. Guess you're a fricking moron?
It's tasty and it feels better to drink. Lactose intolerant btw
Tastes milkier than pasteurized milk.
Purely anecdotally, most of the benefits from raw milk can also be found in pasteurized milk from local farms.
Factory farming makes shit quality food from shit conditions, and pasteurizing is a necessary bandaid to keep it from killing you.
Pasteurization is the only safe way of consuming milk. Raw milk will always carry a risk, no matter what you do with it. You can probably minimize risk by buying from a trusted source, but you're always one screwup away from a really bad time. People who consumed milk prior to the invention of pasteurization also faced these risks, often unknowingly. It wasn't until the 1800s that people started linking raw milk consumption to some of the awful diseases at the time. Pasteurization was the solution to this problem. There's no reason to store and buy raw milk, except to ride the "natural food" markup hype.
Some people say raw milk tastes different, but that's probably because it's typically nonhomogenized and because of bacterial byproducts. If you want a safer alternative, try pasteurized nonhomogenized milk. The homogenization process oxidizes milk somewhat, which does affect flavor.
There is pasteurization at 70 deg C and there is ultra-high temp "pasteurization" at 120 deg C under pressure.
Made homemade steak tartare today and it was actually really good. If I don't die I'll probably make it a staple.
fricking stupid as shit, if you want more gut health just go to yogurt or other fermented products, you don't need to expose yourself to harmful pathogens. It's not more nutritious, and even if it was more nutritious, that extra nutrition is completely offset by the risk of making you seriously ill.
how many people get sick drinking raw milk? you never hear about it outside of fearmongering
there are a lot of benefits
the risks outweigh the benefits
show me any reputable source touting a substantial benefit over regular milk. I'll even entertain your schizophrenia, lets say it is nutritious. This means you have to consume it thousands of times during your whole life to get maybe a month or two extra of life, you have to roll the dice thousands of times in order to reap any benefit from it, because the diseases you can get from it will offset any benefit you get from it.
It's an unnecessary risk. Unless this shit is actually curing cancer and heart disease, there's no reason to drink it. Diet is 95% energy balance, the extra 5% is eating healthy and minmaxing on quality of food.
>show me any reputable source
Nutrition And Physical Degeneration - Dr. Weston A. Price
https://healthwyze.org/archive/nutrition_and_physical_degeneration_doctor_weston_a_price.pdf
Pasteurized milk caused scurvy and plenty of other diseases among babies and children when it was first implemented. It is the cause of the so-called lactose intolerance since the heat treatment destroys the enzyme lactase that allows the body to easily digest it.
You can easily check this by yourself by looking for maps of "lactose intolerance" in Europe then checking in wikipedia which countries consume the most UHT milk.
UHT is a more severe form of heat treatment that gives the product a much longer shelf life. The countries that drink the most of it are the ones with the highest intolerance.
Honestly, I don't expect to change the opinion of people brainwashed into being terrified of bacteria.
Bacteria are always good. Bacteria digest our food and remove dead cells from our body. They're the janitors of the body.
Bacteria are blamed for diseases they actually cure. Salmonella digests our food and eats dead skin cells. E. Coli produces plenty of substances that feeds our brain.
To say bacteria causes disease is to be profoundly ignorant of how our digestion and entire body works.
But I don't expect to undo the delusions caused by two centuries of the Germ Theory hoax in a post.
Believe what you want. Hell, even feel free to call me a moron if it even makes you feel good about yourself.
I will keep drinking raw milk, eating raw meat, and enjoying a much better health than I otherwise would while you stay none the wiser.
>1939
just as I thought. No reputable source. I'll stick to the near century more of medical knowledge and the recommendations of the top of the field of modern medicine over some snake oil from the 1930s
Don't forget to get vaxxed and boosted.
Trust the science.
yes the breakneck speed of developing an effective vaccine for something that was killing tens of thousands of people a day and traded that for a very small percentage of vaccine receivers having issues, yes that is certainly something that is comparable to 1930s snake oil.
The fact that you can only argue in fallacy elucidates how disingenuous your argument is. The consumption of raw milk has killed more people per capita than the vaccines have.
The Weston A. Price foundation still exists today and there are plenty of doctors and physicians that support it and write articles explaining why everything he taught was right.
Raw milk has never killed anybody and all the bacteria in it is perfectly beneficial. Raw milk is the first food you ever consumed.
Every single baby and child that has NOT been raised on their mother's raw milk has developmental problems.
You're just lazy and are putting excuses not to read the sources you requested and not have to face the overwhelming and timeless amount of evidence within the book, which might actually change your opinion if you were humble and open-minded enough to at least consider the chance you might not be in the right.
Since you're not really interested in finding the truth, only in "winning" an internet argument, mockery is the only appropriate response.
Please, any other excuses as to why you refuse to read the sources requested kindly forward them to your wife's boyfriend.
https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/epidemiology-and-infection/article/foodborne-illness-outbreaks-linked-to-unpasteurised-milk-and-relationship-to-changes-in-state-laws-united-states-19982018/4822109E69DDAB37E92CAAB41AB1CC0F
From 1998 through 2018, 202 outbreaks occurred because of drinking raw milk. These outbreaks caused 2,645 illnesses and 228 hospitalizations.
Among illnesses linked to unpasteurized milk that occurred from 2013 through 2018, 48% (325) were among people aged 0–19 years.
Areas where raw milk was legally sold had 3.2 times more outbreaks than areas where the sale of raw milk was illegal. Areas where raw milk was allowed to be sold in retail stores had 3.6 times more outbreaks than areas where sale was allowed only on farms.
The study shows laws that increase the availability of raw milk are associated with more illnesses and outbreaks.
https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/21/1/14-0447_article
From 2007 through 2012, 26 states reported 81 outbreaks linked to raw milk. The outbreaks caused 979 illnesses and 73 hospitalizations.
The average number of outbreaks linked to raw milk each year was four times higher from 2007 through 2012 than from 1993 through 2006.
https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/18/3/11-1370_article
From 1993 through 2006, 121 outbreaks were linked to dairy products identified as pasteurized or unpasteurized (raw). These outbreaks resulted in 4,413 illnesses and 239 hospitalizations.
73 of these outbreaks were linked to raw milk, and 48 were linked to pasteurized milk.
If you consider the number of outbreaks associated with raw milk in light of the very small amount of milk that is consumed raw, the risk of outbreaks linked to raw milk is at least 150 times greater than the risk of outbreaks linked to pasteurized milk.
Honestly why would I trust any of that, it's just words. It's like when you tried to put everyone in camps because they wouldn't take some magic goo to stop a cold. You are unhinged cultists. I believe in reality, I have been drinking raw milk for years and never gotten sick from it and you're sitting there with drinking pick related and shouting two more weeks until botulism.

>killing tens of thousands of people a day
Ah yes, I remember the bodies stacked in the streets, the endless fires burning those piles of the dead, fed evermore by the neverending stream of corpses. Families wailing, unable to give their dead proper funerals from the sheer overload of the deceased. Only the wealthiest were able to afford simplistic cremations for their loved ones. Ambulances literally crammed full, most died from the cramped conditions on the way to the hospital. But it was worth the risk just to hope you’d be one of the fortunate to survive the journey. What grim days the years of twenty to twenty two were. Finally, they rolled out that fountain of life, the blessed vaccine, and as I stood in the several mile long line (masked, of course), I eagerly looked forward to salvation from that dreaded plague. Sadly, it was not to be. After several hours, as I was a mere five people from the front of the line, a piano that was being moved out of a window above snapped it’s ropes and fell, crushing me to death instantly. Upon autopsy, they discovered I had the virus, and so covid had claimed another victim. If only I had been able to receive the vaccine.
Ah, you’re a complete homosexual i see

Lmao. Imagine calling Price a snake oil. One of the founders of the ADA and discoverer of K2. Suck it homosexual.
medgay here
DO NOT DRINK UNPASTEURIZED MILK. it can carry bacteria that cause lifelong and potentially fatal disease that are eliminated via the pasteurization process
Since this advice has been given by someone who claims to work in the medical industry I choose believing the exact opposite. (Which I already did)
I will continue drinking 5 liters of raw goat milk a week, and you will continue being a moron brainwashed by text books that are literally written by the pharma companies.
I drink 2 gallons a week, no problem.
You will never be a real physician. You are a worthless academic twisted by germ theory and Big Pharma propaganda into a crude mockery of the Hippocratic Oath.
All the validation you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back everyone knows your kind kill far more people than you save. Even desperate people riddled with tumors know that you're just killing them with chemotherapy. Same with "HIV" patients. You will always be a quack. Your habit of handing out antidepressants like they're candy is a dead giveaway. Even if you manage to convince elderly people their progressing blindness and early dementia symptoms are just caused by "aging" and not the statins you prescribed them for years, their millenial and zoomer children will turn tail before taking any advice of yours after having seen what you've done to their parents.

>Owned by coca-cola, one of the worst ~~*companies*~~ on the planet
Where can I get my hands on this? Literally every single google search showed me pasturized milk.
realmilk.com
I found my source by looking on the internet for people selling goats in my local area.
I contacted one of them and asked him if he'd know of a farm that would sell me milk.
You can also just go to google maps and search for farms and contact them.
It may take some time and searching, but you should find some nearby.
Personally, I'd recommend raw goat's milk over raw cow milk. Goats tend to be fed their natural diet whereas most cow farms will feed them grains which will make the milk pretty bad.
Forgot to add: most cows today are a genetic abomination raised to produce as much milk as possible, the milk is completely different than the milk that's actually used by natural animals to raise their calves. The macronutrient ratios, the enzymes, etc. As long as it produces more white liquid that counts as milk they're good to go.
That's also why I recommend goat's milk over cow, even if it's more expensive. It's also easier to digest for us since it's the animal milk that's closest to human.
Not all cows like to wear protection

Raw milk is fine OP just make sure you get it from clean well taken care of cows. I’ve had raw cows and goats milk and the goats milk is definitely superior.
Raw milk is a meme

Shalom
>Trust the science
Post the the actual primary articles. I don’t trust secondary sources because they don’t talk about the methods of testing. The thing that instantly raised red flags from this shit was when they talked about antibiotics resistant strains of bacteria in the milk, which would only be present in cows given antibiotics, which is far more common in large dairy factories rather than small times farms, which would make me think they just sampled raw milk from a factory rather than a small time farm where the cow isn’t up to its knees in its own shit. In other words these results would not be representative of what someone would experience if they got raw milk from a well groomed cow on a small time farm. I don’t even give a shit if people drink raw milk or not, since it doesn’t make that much of a difference, but gays like you who reference “science” blindly are moronic homosexuals who just muddy the water as much as the studies you post.
ITT: scientifically illiterate morons who would rather believe old wives tales they got from boomer facebook memes than actual evidence

Thanks to you guys I bought raw goat milk. I sipped it a bit and the taste was quite different. Since this is my first raw milk drinking experience should I dip into it little at a time or can I just chug it?
I went from not drinking milk for over a decade to doing LOMAD with raw cow's milk and I'm doing just fine.
Okay, thanks. I drank a cup last night and awoke no sweat.
No gut issues ever despite having drunk lots of pasteurized milk in my life. Looks like i'm going to do great with this.
If you've ever had any gut issues I would ease into it. I find I can handle raw milk kefir just fine, but unfermented raw milk bothers my stomach even in small doses (2 tsp). You could be one of the lucky people who has no issues with it, but better safe than sorry.
So now pasteurization is a israeli conspiracy? Is there a single NON contrarian take on this board? How much milk do you guys even drink lol one glass a day is plenty for me
It's 100% a conspiracy. I wouldn't say it's a israeli conspiracy. As long as you're getting fresh milk from healthy cows eating their natural diet (grass), raw milk is fine.
>t. Drinks 2 glasses of raw milk kefir every day
Honestly can’t, ketogays believing it’s some super drink is so off the whack with no proof whatsoever it’s crystal healing tier idiocy.
was at my sisters and all she had was skim milk so i had some and it gave me the shits
don't have that issue with whole milk
think i'm gonna make the switch to raw once i find a good source
I can buy it here at the farmers market, far cheaper than it would be in the store. I usually boil it. Sometimes I drink it fresh and raw. Overrated. Most of it I give it to the cats.

Don’t know about raw milk but milk in general has some kind of crack or something in it. Can’t live a day without a good pint. I can forget about goyslop or sugary stuff no problem. I’ve even cut out the booze. But milk. Daym. I think I’d better die than swap my whole milk for that homosexualy mockery of a drink they call AltErNative milk. This nutty oaty fluid is so bad i can’t even. I just don’t get how all these fat Twitter trannies like it so much. Maybe it goes good with their BEYOND stakes idk. Frick that.
I make yummi protein shakes with it. I live in a free state that actually lets you buy it from the store and I haven’t bought any other milk. The biggest issue is it cost a ton in the market in the city, it’s like half the price as the farm stand but that takes a bit of a drive to get to.
Hi from the Palmetto state!
