Redpill me on running. Will I actually wear out my knees and bones if I run every other day for 30 minutes? It's what I've been doing and quite like it, I don't want to do long term damage though, because I want longevity with my physical body.

10-15 minutes max every other day is plenty, especially if you're running in shoes and on concrete. Modern man just wasn't build for this shit. If you can train to run barefoot on an earthen trail, then run to your heart's content.
Yeah 30 minutes is fine. Your knees will be fine. It's not going to make you hyperfit cardiovascularly or have you banging out 6 minute miles but it's a great goldilocks amount of cardio.

Don't be an unathletic subhuman, eat food, protein, carbs, fat in that order. Your joints will be strong as frick. You must continue to lift, but not necessarily 3x/week heavy like a strength athlete.
Strike with your midfoot or forefoot and the flexion of your ankle should allow your calf muscle to absorb most of the impact instead of rattling your knees. Make sure you have good ankle alignment, knee alignment, etc. and you shouldn't be putting any uneven wear on anything. Running every other day for 30 minutes sounds pretty mild so you should be fine even if you don't get autistic about optimizing it. Disuse can frick your knees as much as abuse can so it's good you're doing something.

Here’s the problem: the VAST majority of people have poor running form, even some who are fast. You should be focused on your core glute and vmos so that the forces from landing are absorbed by your muscles not your joints. Almost nobody does this because it’s hard and mentally tedious. So in practice running absolutely is bad for your joints for most people
