More than 80% of aging related to skin is caused by the sun. The rest is stress, nutritional deficiencies, especially in protein and vitamins, and dryness. Wear sunscreen whenever possible and take vitamin d3 in olive oil to offset any risk of vitamin d deficiency

I'm just a moron, but here's my worthless opinion.
I don't think the chemicals are good for you. The sun is good for you but I also think you should avoid cooking yourself (sun burn).

If you are white and live in a hot country like America, might be worth trying out an organic one like Badger.
If you live in Europe, outside of the summer, just not staying out too long and wearing a hoodie sometimes might be ok.
Vitamin C topical helps protect you too.

I've worked outdoors in the Southwest for the last 18 years and mostly just wear long sleeves, pants, and a sun hat. Look at any guy working road construction and even when it's blazing hot he's pretty well covered up in clothing. You can always rehydrate with cold water. I definitely use sun block at the beach and especially on my face. I've seen enough people in their 50s with shitty skin that makes them look 70, I don't want that shit.

You have a choice, "chemicals" or aging like shit and getting cancer. We know ionizing and ultraviolet radiation is bad for you.

So the way SPF works is that SPF 30 is not twice as good as SPF 15. There's strong, diminishing returns on it and the thicker it is the more obvious the sunscreen is. This makes the thicker shit better for specific occasions while SPF15 is fine for every day. Occlusive sunscreen is also thicker than chemical but fat nature fallacy nitwits will yell so just get the zinc oxide if you care that much.

I don't reapply often but if you want to maximize it, the best use is to use it before driving since the windows are not uv shielded. When you're in a building or whatever it stops being as much of an issue.

If you care about not aging like shit and are not using moisturizer and sunscreen, then just lmao.

tell me about the shampoo and bodywash you use. What laundry detergent and fabric softener do you use on your clothes? are any of your clothes polyester? elastic?
maybe stop worrying about sunscreen so much and start worrying about the giant ball of ionising radiation in the sky.

i dont use shampoo its a scam just makes your hair more oily. and I use regular bar soap. i dont use fabric softener and just use vinegar instead of detergent. i dont give a frick about stuff that doesnt get absorbed into my skin like clothes. nice tries though. and you mean the giant ball of life from which literally everything came from and needs to survive?

Just use the mineral based sunscreens if you're worried about it, they're more reliable anyways.

I live in a tropical area, so it’s essential. Otherwise, I will have aging skin.

It's Best to actually use it and prevent skin cáncer and aging stuff but to me it's annoying as frick to apply and i hate how it feels when You first apply it Even tough that feel it goes away after like 4 minutes, and i don't care about sun burns and shit since i have more like southern european/spanish/mediterránean white skin (basically is white but i get some tan and not die instantly due to the fricking sun) cuz it takes a really sunny day or a Lot of time on the sun to get me burned and tomato red

Exposure to the sun is exposure to radiation.
Governments across the world have nuked the hell out of the atmosphere, it doesn't just "go away". Not to mention all the heavy metals they spray into the sky via "cloud seeding" which amplifies the radiation from the sun.

Dummy the whole point of cloud seeding is to dim out the sun, not amplify it

Train your skin to handle sunlight by consuming nothing but lime juice throughout the day and standing outside shirtless for 4 hours of sunning a day.

Don't forget to apply lime juice straight to the skin prior to sunning.
