haven't been to a dentist in over a decade. I still brush my teeth twice a day but should I go in for teeth whitening at a dental office?

nonsense. Whitening via hydrogen peroxide whitens teeth via cleaning out the microscopic holes in your teeth that we all have. charcoal toothpaste and other abrasive materials use to whiten teeth scrape away enamel.

H2O2 bleaches the organic matter and also has a reaction with a compound of dentin causing it to be turn translucent

No, but you should do a check-up before things goes bad. Honestly, 100€ bucks at most once a year isn't much.

My teeth look way closer to the top panel than the lower panel, certainly more yellow hue than pearly white.
I don't smoke, don't drink coffee/tea/wine, don't eat sugar, drink lots of water, brush twice a day and floss once per day.

Should I change anything or am I just being memed on to think that I should have pearly white teeth?

Just buy white strips. Every dentist I’ve asked about teeth whitening suggests them too. Use them for 30min-1hr every day for 2 weeks and you’ll see a significant difference.

      >When it comes to using these brightening formulae, the European Commission has set maximum limits to protect human health: 6% for dentists and only 0.1% for DIY use. Crest’s white teeth strips contain a hydrogen peroxide level of around 14%, which significantly exceeds the limit and enters the dangerous level zone.

Your teeth look fine. They don’t need to be obnoxiously white like celebrities’ are.

But seriously, a good hydroxyapatite paste is the safest and healthiest way. Electric toothbrush too.

Why do you say "redpill me"? Why don't you just say "what do you think about..." like every normal person?

You really think we're some special club here where we know the "redpill" and all the normal people are on "bluepill"? What do you think about them, that's the way to ask the question.

It's a short and concise way of asking that is easy to recognise and understand by users of the site. Meme formats get more attention and are easy to read because they are short and everybody can understand the inherent meaning.

    Do this: https://looksmax.org/threads/how-i-whitened-my-teeth-better-than-a-dentist-pics.534724/

You can also ask ur dentist to apply it for you, if he's cool he will do it but probably charge something. You still have to buy everything.
