I had a bunch of those. Fasting, keto, and eating high quality animal fats as well as animal foods high in amino acids that promote collagen (fish, eggs, fermented dairy) made most of that shit disappear.

Dermatologist procedures work the best but $$$. The exact procedure would depend on what your issue is.

Best at home treatment is dermastamping but you do NOT want to use the roller because the rollers are too thick with needles which causes them to roll over any craters in your skin and do absolutely nothing. You could get a stamper but that costs a meme price when you could just use a sewing needle. You just lightly jab your craters with the needle and it does it better than the roller or stamper because it has one point of contact. You don't draw blood with it by the way.

Every other at home treatment doesn't work.

What type of scarring do you have? For acne scars that look like picture I think a laser treatment is most effective. For dark or red spots, let them heal with time by applying sun screen daily and chemical peels/hyaluronic serum.

Tret doesn't treat deep scars, you have to fork over cash for treatments at your dermatology office.

Go to a skin clinic and take whatever treatment they recommend.
Tretinol, AHA/BHA, all variety of creams etc may work but it will take 12 months to see a slight result.

Differin has improved my skin a lot in multiple ways
Acne scars being one of them
I had deep pockmarks and they’re much less noticeable now and my skin is also shinier

I have more thick and pluffy skin on one side of my face (where acne was more severe during puberty) than on the other side. How can I fix it? Should I just apply the same methods as to regular scars?

I’m currently working on my scars too. I have the smaller ice pick scars and so far I’ve done a few peels and one microneedling session, as well as using all the expensive products daily. So far it’s going well, and my girlfriend is starting to make comments on how smooth my skin looks and I agree. I’ll stick with it for at least a year and see how it’s going. I want to do 1-2 more TCA peels but I guess they don’t do them over the summer because it makes your skin too sensitive for sun damage.

You're going to need about 30ft of rope to fully treat that to completion.

I did a year of resurfacing facials once a month coupled with retinol cream which I still use. The deeper scars are still there but for the most part my skin is way better.
