    Magnesium makes me poop very nice. If you eat meat idk why you need to supplement zinc

      I take ZMA every night, magnesium is nice for relaxing muscles and zinc give me huge cooms.
      I notice the difference in muscle recovery absolutely if I don't take it.

      i've only ever used magnesium glycinate (100mg) but that stuff knocks me out hard and then i feel like i didn't sleep at all the following day

      thanks. I'll hold off on zinc but take magnesium.

    The "wrong" kind of magnesium gives you loose stool, the "right" kind are basically muscle relaxers which if you're IST yeah can give you a moments rest for a few good night's consistent sleep but you'll slowly become Hungover and lethargic. Look for food alternatives and just learn some sleep hygiene for a better life.

    zinc deficiency is caused by magnesium dysregulation. you only need to take magnesium and vitamin d3. anything else you should get your blood checked first to see if you even need it.
