You won't grow if you don't eat more simple as. You need to lift heavy ass dumbbells to get real Biceps simple as. To lift heavy ass weights you need to eat.
i’m with this dude. my biceps only grow when i blast them with medium weight and low rest. i basically aim for a massive bicep pump. idk why it that is but adding weight to the bar does nothing.
added a dedicated arm day on Saturdays, arm days are chill, i can just watch tv while lifting. i do 3x8-12 curls supersetted with reverse curls, and then 3x8-12 hammer curls afterwards.
i'm still bicep-let, but they're definitely growing

Because high weight is more efficient for building muscle than high reps and I assume Dorian wants you to use pretty heavy bells.

go high rep(10 - 12) to failure and your bi's will grow.
