          Progressive overload on bicep movements that stretch the muscle. It's ok to open your session with a bicep exercise also or superset it with a compound like bench or OHP

          You won't grow if you don't eat more simple as. You need to lift heavy ass dumbbells to get real Biceps simple as. To lift heavy ass weights you need to eat.

      i’m with this dude. my biceps only grow when i blast them with medium weight and low rest. i basically aim for a massive bicep pump. idk why it that is but adding weight to the bar does nothing.

    added a dedicated arm day on Saturdays, arm days are chill, i can just watch tv while lifting. i do 3x8-12 curls supersetted with reverse curls, and then 3x8-12 hammer curls afterwards.

    i'm still bicep-let, but they're definitely growing

    I am deathly afraid of snapping my ceps so I don't isolate biceps at all
    Plus when I curl I hate seeing my tendons
    I just pray I get enough work through pull ups and rows
