>big circular circus weights >strongman being a compliment not a subtler way of saying fat c**t >doing bent presses in the city centre dressed like Tarzan and being given money
remember what they took from you
push press that b***h. take 80% of normal working weights and do set close to failure. repeat with 60%. do some pumping stuff for side delts and triceps too. should help. the whole add 5lbs every workout shit just doesnt work past very beginning, you gotta kinda grind it until body accepts new heavier working weight.
You could try less volume or you could try more volume. I would also add some hex bar lifts help develop some other muscles in the deadlift. Last thing is try increasing your protein to 180 grams of animal protein and if you are still stalling then increase to 230. If you are still stalling then hit me up again and we will review your changes made.
I have just started doing this lift once a week.
3 sets of 8-12 rep range.
I like it and I've added it to get more shoulder tonnage in because I just do 6 sets a week of lateral raises till failure.
Anyone here made any significant gains with this lift? It's pretty chaddy.
How many professional bodybuilders/powerlifters OHP?
The answer may surprise you. It's 0.
OHP is a strongman lift. Guess what, they all bloatmaxx+roid. So unless you're trying to be a strongman, don't bother with OHP
Who gives a shit what roidtrannies do?
Every bodybuilder before 2000s did ohp
eat shit and die dyel

man those prostitutes in the back really look pathetic in comparison. not even gay
obviously, but back then you had to include women to make it seem less gay.
It's not in the ideal program, so you don't have to do it.
being able to lift your woman OHP style, otoh
Kek what a moron take. Mike ohearn is natty and he always does OHP. Obviously natty lifters can benefit from OHP.
nice bait friend
i hate ohp
i'm gonna just stay as a lateralraisecel
If you’re a powerlifter, you won’t make if you have this aversion to bloatmaxxing
If you’re a powerlifter as in real competitive powerlifter you compete in a WEIGHT CLASS
It's my favourite lift. It feels fricking great.
>wtf why don't I get stronger if I keep lifting the same weight over and over again
>try lifting more weight on OHP
>next workout lift even less than before

Do more volume, less weight. Push press, too.
My overhead press and bench go up without trying, but my deadlift never budges. Why. Help.
you're fat
also gay and bald
hope that helps

If you wanted to progress strength in OHP you would've done 3-5 reps, not 8-12.
Hypertropheeeeee
If you wanted bigger traps then stick to what you're doing
But if you wanted stronger OHP's then 3-5 reps is the way to go
>t. 225 OHP PR
55kg
>4x5
60kg
>2x1
>shit Tier hypertrophy exercise
>don’t progress after your cns is primed for it
Huh really makes you think
moron
Consider doing lateral raises and triceps extensions if your OHP is lagging.
