exactly when and how (you) need to deload, what lifts works the best for you and your mode of progression is something you have to discover for yourself

If you'd looked at the RP programs you'd notice they differ from "regular" methodology. Instead you claimed the opposite, presumably because you just watch the youtube videos where he trains with other ecelebs doing conventional workouts and working close to failure.

Since then all the RP training videos don't actual resemble their training programs at all and instead are just a couple exercises at very high intensity, which is actually a better way to train and makes me think that lyle is still living in mike's head rent free.
