when i'm home i sleep 6 hours max
my body won't let me sleep until 1 am, and always awake right on the dot at 9. i don't know how I do it. It's like clockwork, always wake up right at 9 full of energy.

For me it’s 6-7 hours nightly and a 60-90 minute daily nap
Im on 10 different anabolics indcluding tren hex plus t3 and clen. My sleep is horrendous
