Yes
Sleep more, eat more, get your micronutrients, get your NEAT, improve your hydration. Now you can hit a muscle every 48-72 hours instead of every 6 days
This frustrates me so much, i'm plateauing because of recovery and don't know what to do.
5-6x week upper lower, training to and beyond failure frequently because doing less just isn't enough after 5 yrs (natty)
My option are to somehow fix insomnia i've had for 20 years and tried everything reasonable, or just stop training beyond maintenance for some stuff, and concentrate on growing one or two muscles at a time
This is the actual natty limit FWIW; it's not about some arbitrary amount of muscle mass. The limit is when you the work you need to perform to grow further is too much for you to recover from. Good news is that maintaining can be done on something like 1/3 of the volume, but the gains are pretty much over.
and roid it up?

read the op post moron
Sure let me add 4 hours to the clock each day how could I be so stupid
sounds like a (You) problem
What does this even mean lol. Do you think 5-6 times a week is excessive or something pussy?
> tried everything reasonable
So try some unreasonable things moron.
see a sleep therapist
a few weeks of therapy and my insomnia is outta here
mirtazapine helped me i literally never slept more than 5 hours before taking it

>guy who lost to a manlet says to train one way
>guy who beat said manlet multiple times says to train another
Hmmm which one should I go with?
ok
alternatively rest less if yoy're a DYEL like me who is low energy and always wants to sit and do nothing and """rest"""
my best gains happened when I just went to the gym every day
Volumetards make me LOL. I train each muscle only once per year.
my last workout was tuesday
So this guy said he worked out ONCE every FOURTEEN DAYS and people believe that? Wtf is wrong with you people?
