Work capacity won't help you get bigger though. You're just working out longer because you want to.
Work capacity absolutely helps to get bigger, but I am not working out this much because I want a bigger working capacity, I do because I want to

It depends on your lifting experience
so if you're highly experienced you need to workout all day to make gains because you need more sets right?
