    As long as its not caused by abnormal pacing. When the AV node fails to pace you get alternate areas kicking in at lower and lower rates, essentially backup circuits. I would get an ecg.

    I used to be below 40bpm too. It increased by a couple of points each time I got covid and my VO2Max tanked too.
    Now I'm at 44bpm and 58VO2max
