3 letters. GDE
There is a 0% chance he had been training for hypertrophy for 10 years and looked like that. Most people look better after only a few months completely natty
Well he could have been going to the gym and just looking at a barbell while lightly walking on a treadmill for 10 years. That’s what I think, dumbass diet and not training hard enough
What not going anywhere near failure does to a mf
focal length means nothing assuming youre using a rectilinear lens lol, it only dictates framing of the photo which you can change with cropping
t. you have never used a proper camera.
by "weight train" these cardiofrickers mean squat 1pl8 and DB bench 45lbs once a week
his 150mg/200mg cycle barely even counts as being on gear, by the way.
when you take roids your balls shut down so the first ~100-200mg of your dose just replace your natural production anyway. it varies from person to person.
unironically this guy does reveal a phenomenon with steroids, though. the fact that you are using needles to inject steroids into you and putting your health at risk has a real psychological effect of "smartening you up" and hitting your training much more seriously.
i've been dying under the bench press with 1 rep to go and literally thought "i'm not taking steroids and fricking up my body so that i can fricking fail this rep" and squeezed the last one out, whereas in the absence of the roids i might not have had that level of aggression. when you feel like cheating on your diet you remember the sacrifices that you're making by taking steroids and the "cheat" feels much more significant, so you don't do it. etc. every time you go to inject you have to "re-commit" to your goal.
not everyone experiences it this way i don't think, but certainly there are people who halfass their training but as soon as you put them on gear they take it way more seriously because, well, they're taking steroids now so it would be stupid not to.
i think that's what happened with this guy.
>putting your health at risk has a real psychological effect of "smartening you up" and hitting your training much more seriously.
Name 1 (one) health risk of running 200mg of test only for 14 weeks
Disregard this post, I did in fact not read your original post
You still get leydig cell desensitization from 200 mg of test if you don't run HGC as well. Usually, 14 weeks is too short to do this irreversibly, but there's no guarantee for that. Running such low doses of test is extremely stupid if you don't have a natural test deficiency, because it has next to zero real benefits while at the same time still carrying a small risk.
moron roiding has promise. getting the mentally different to the gym and giving them steroids could be quite the content farm.
That's like TRT dosages. I've seen guys on 500mgs Test + Tren look worse than than
He was blasting 600mg while bulking
He looks like a calisthenics weirdo
his legs post-roids look really small I don't think he did anything with them
>doesn't have disgusting oversized clown legs
>must be a calisthenicsgay heh

>10+ years lifting
>156lbs 6'0
Im 10+ years lifting at 5'7 and 190lb and i def need to cut down to like 155 or so... but damn, its as if he just didnt eat
If you can look like this naturally then why don't you?
He looks like me when I first started out at 16.
"10 years of weight training" my ass. He's never touched a weight in his life in that first pic. Even 1 year of shitty half-assed once a week lifting will net better results than that. Dude's just a coping homosexual.
> I saw it on the internet so it must be true
He has a coaching website as well, also you can search up the video and he was blasting 600mg while bulking. I just think it’s pathetic that he still looks like a natty training for 2 years. Also he says “ We also respectfully decline clients who are aspiring to compete as bodybuilders as it’s not our area of expertise.”
200 mg of testosterone per week is basically nothing, that's TRT levels. No wonder he doesn't look big. He might as well have taken HGC instead and achieved the same effect without permanently damaging his balls, what a moron.
